The hotel is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus service starting at 4:50 in the morning. The fare is 13 Australian dollars. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk is available 24 hours a day. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Wolli Creek Station. It is very convenient to take rail transit to any attraction in the city center. There are many restaurants around the station. There is also a Woolworths Wolli Creek supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping.

Positives - Easily accessible bus stop right out front - ID and card details to check in so no annoying bond held - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! The lady at check in was so warm and welcoming and made me feel like a valued guest which is so refreshing as having stayed in many budget price point accommodations over the years great customer service is definitely not the norm so I thank them greatly for that. - Excellent price point paid $85 for the night - Great standard of cleaning - Quiet - Microwave available in common area Negatives - The plastic stool was very short and uncomfortable. - No tea bags or anything in the room, says all removed due to COVID prevention but doesn’t really make sense considering everything e.g. soap bars, bed sheets, are all going to be handled and put in the room so how individually packaged coffee/tea is higher risk I don’t understand.

Am glad to say that i was enjoyed my holidays the staff were awesome and the amenities are reachable specially the mac Donald’s 24/7 just behind the hotel .

We had confirmation for a 12 noon check in via email. When we arrived I was told that we do not do 12 noon check in times? I explained to the lady on reception that we had confirmation via email that it was confirmed for a 12 noon check in. When I showed her, I got a negative response. We where told that I would be contacted as to when the room will be available. We had to wait 2 hours before our room was ready, which was at 2pm. We where missing shampoo's and body wash, I had spoken to reception about this and was told that room service will drop them of to us, Well it took them 2 days to get to us after asking several times. Not a great 4 night experience this time around staying here.

The hotel is located within minutes from the airport which makes it very convenient for us. Room size was decent but the shower area seem a bit worn out. Not many choices of eateries within 5-10 mins of walking. There is a Woolworths about 15-20 mins of walk and some eateries near there.

Second stay here, and almost as good as my first late last year (room & view slightly better from 10th floor room overlooking Bankstown Oval last year, than from 6th floor on this occasion). Nonetheless, very clean room, good TV and quality in-room facilities. Water pressure good; & quality body wash & moisturiser provided in the bathroom. Once again I enjoyed the array of restaurants conveniently located in the adjacent sports club. Kevin & his colleague were exceptionally warm & helpful upon our arrival. Will continue to stay here whenever I visit Bankstown.

Excellent Property. Finishes level at a 5 star level. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking within the property. Walking distance to Liverpool Hospital. Only issues: Shower Head and water pressure - probably the worst i have ever experienced in a hotel. I understand 5 star water conservation, but the lack of flow made it difficult to shower under.

Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel demonstrates excellent reviews from numerous hotel guests. Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.

As my partner and I approached The Elysium, we were immediately charmed by the hotel's grandeur, ensconced in an atmosphere of tranquility, a serene oasis in the bustling city. Our stay was but a couple of nights, yet every moment spent there was steeped in pure bliss, leaving us with unforgettable memories. The warmth with which we were greeted upon arrival was only the beginning of our enchanting journey. Despite it being a busy weekend, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and hassle-free. Their genuine interest in our well-being, coupled with their attention to detail, made us feel truly pampered. Our room, a serene haven, was tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with subtle touches of elegance. A sweeping view of the city skyline against the setting sun from our window was simply mesmerizing, adding an extra layer of magic to our stay. The cleanliness and peaceful ambiance of the room were second to none, contributing to our restful nights. Evening walks in the hotel's serene gardens, imbued with the soft scent of blooming flowers, brought us closer to nature and each other. Meanwhile, the sleek, tranquil spa with its range of rejuvenating treatments further elevated our stay. Our experience at The Elysium was indeed a magical escape, made even more special by the fact that we shared these wonderful moments together. It was a refreshing break, a chance to disconnect from the mundane, and reconnect with each other. Our memories of this place are etched in our hearts, making us yearn to return when the opportunity arises. We left The Elysium with heavy hearts but with the promise of a future visit.
