Matahari Inn Kuta Lombok

The place is centralised located at the heart of kuta lombok. Afew mins away from streets of cafe and very good restaurants. It is south in between west and east coast, just 30 mins drive from airport. The place is run down, in need of refreshing. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Great place and great location. Despite being something wrong with the booming inwas able to stay in another room. An upgrade even. Very clean place and very friendly staff.

We stayed 2 nights at Matahari Inn and were satisfied with the stay. The place is well located in the center of Kuta Lombok and with a maximum of 5 minutes' walk to Kuta Beach. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but a more thorough cleaning could be needed. There was air conditioning and it worked. The bathroom was ok with plenty of water and an ok shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. It is quiet and peaceful here. There was wifi that worked fine. The swimming pool is cozy and the water clean. The breakfast was excellent but eat early while it's hot. All in all we recommend this place.

We stay there for 5 nights, location is really central and staff really friendly Rooms are quite basics and the bed is not super comfortable though

We loved our stay at the Matahari Inn in Kuta Lombok. The Hotel is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the crossroads in the centre of the village with access to lots of great Restaurants, Cafés and Shops but set back from the road so it's peaceful at the same time. The accommodation is comfortable and clean and set in lovely gardens with a nice pool at the back which adds to the sense of tranquility. Our Deluxe room was spacious with quiet and effective AC, a nice bathroom with a shower and plenty of hot water at all times of the day or night. The rooms do not have a Fridge, TV or Kettle but tea and coffee is available any time from the Hotel's restaurant situated at the front of the property but they were kind enough to lend us a kettle so it is always good to ask if needed. The Staff are fantastic, friendly, efficient and helpful and Alec, the owner, is a very kind guy who invited all guests for a free dinner one evening which was very tasty. A nice varied al a carte breakfast is served in the restaurant and also Airport Transfer and Scooter hire is available. We hired an excellent new Yamaha for 70K a day which is a great way of reaching the better beaches and exploring the lovely countryside nearby. All in all I would highly recommend a stay here as it's a friendly, affordable and excellently located property in buzzing Kuta Lombok.

Personale gentile, posizione buona ma camera vecchia e sporca, a livello di buchi nelle porte e nei muri, al punto che puó rovinare una vacanza. La colazione é a livelli abbastanza minimi con poca scelta e poca quantitá. La struttura é circondata da alcuni alti edifici di cemento.

Super freundliches Personal, obwohl sehr zentral, doch ruhig gelegen , große Zimmer, schöner Pool, gute Frühstück, rund um die Uhr Kaffee und Tee, Wasser, familiäre Atmosphäre, unkomplizierter Scooter - Verleihkommen jederzeit gerne wieder

Un bellissimo hotel con stanze autonome dotate di piccolo patio e giardino. C'è una piscina splendida con acqua a temperatura. Giusto qualche piccola imprecisione nella pulizia bagno (ma è sicuramente legato ad un altro modo di vedere le cos), ma metto il massimo per la disponibilità e la super gentilezza degli host super attenti a qualsiasi richiesta. L'hotel è in posizione centralissima e senza problemi si raggiungono a piedi spiagge, supermercati e ristoranti. Ovviamente per altre spiagge belle come Selong occorre uno scooter o un transfer. Comunque consigliatissimo Mathari Inn
