Отель просто шикарный! Красота везде! Ухоженная территория, прекрасная еда! Обслуживающий персонал внимательный к каждому гостю, забота и любовь проявлялась ежеминутно! Хочется выразить огромную благодарность всем кто заботился о нас на протяжении всего времени нашего пребывания в отеле! 💯 рекомендую всем этот отель!

Hotel Tugu Lombok is located on its own beach with stunning views and nothing but luxury! The hospitality was 5 stars and the vast surroundings provided several different places to enjoy the traditional food/afternoon tea and a variety of spaces to practice yoga any time of the day. The spa was wonderful with a gorgeous temple on top. The antiques inside and surrounding the hotel were fascinating and the 2 large pools were beautiful to swim in. The beach itself had white sand and crystal clear waters with tons of activities to do such as snorkeling or going on a sunset SUP session. The rooms were huge and decorated with the utmost attention to detail. I highly recommend going here as a couple or with a family. One of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever been!

No exaggeration to say one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Beautifully laid out hotel on stunning beach with amazing offshore coral. Great people and service, exquisite food and cocktails! Impressive attention to detail. Good value for the high quality

Loveliest place in the Bali / Lombok area. ( it’s on Lombok close to the Gili’s) Stunning. Huge piece of land with only a small number of rooms. Nice long sandy beach water calm when I was there. Filled with traditional art. Great food. Kinda perfect in general But the best part is the lovely people who work there. They know your name by the time you arrive. Dietary restrictions. And they do their jobs well. But most of all they are incredibly kind and genuine. Special nods to Mr Agus and Mr Ardian. And the owner was there when I was there. And she is lovely as well

Nice hidden gem in Lombok with a beautiful white beach, lovely villas and fantastic service. Everything just works so so smoothly - room, tours or general advice. Most friendly staff. Food was delicious and lots of dishes to choose from. Superior to all those big hotel chains.

A little bit of peace and tranquility after a long tour through Indonesia. This hotel lives up to its reputation - pristine beach, beautiful grounds and pools, unique antique-decorated rooms, great food and all delivered by the friendliest staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and they clearly take pride in making this hotel the go-to place in Lombok. Don’t waste time looking at others…just book Hotel Tugu!

- Our expectations were exceeded from start to end… like at the other Tugu locations we went to (hotels Malang and Blitar, restaurants in Jakarta, eg Kunstkring) - Super friendly, professional staff who have an eye for every detail - Amazing ambiance, architecture and surroundings; we really have never seen anything like this before - You feel the Tugu concept in everything. The hotel was set up with a true vision and the concept is consistently applied in everything (we keep on loving the handwritten welcome leafs, each time we get one!) - We can’t think of anything not tasteful. It’s all beautiful and spot on; antique (like) furniture, garden layout, villa design, swimming pools, bar & restaurant music…) - The team goes out of its way to make you feel comfortable and feel at home, eg the cleaning man decorating your room with towels turned into a monkey shape - And all of this at prices that are WAY below 5 star hotel prices in Europe and the US!

We had a fabulous stay at the Tugu Lombok. The rustic, charm and the exceptional friendliness of the staff was amazing. The 1 hour 45 min drive from the airport was worth it. The rooms were lovely and well equipped. The staff were exceptional with our two daughters. Arranging activities with them and interacting with them. The food was lovely. We did feel that the hotel would benefit massively from an air con restaurant as we did feel it was too hot for the children at times. Some scheduled activities would also be amazing. Maybe some yoga, kids activities etc.
