Отель просто шикарный! Красота везде! Ухоженная территория, прекрасная еда! Обслуживающий персонал внимательный к каждому гостю, забота и любовь проявлялась ежеминутно! Хочется выразить огромную благодарность всем кто заботился о нас на протяжении всего времени нашего пребывания в отеле! 💯 рекомендую всем этот отель!

We just checked out few hours ago and moved to Gili Meno after a wonderful week in Tugu Lombok. We stayed at Ampenan Bungalow N.7 which was enormous,tastefully decorated,comfortable and well appointed.Two air conditioner,super king size bed,etc.The hotel grounds are like a big tropical park with trees and flowers,very well kept and complemented with numerous local pieces of arts and details everywhere.Two huge pools,one better than another .The beach is just perfect,good snorkeling few steps away,specially in front of the second pool.The ambiance is calm an relaxed. Every member of the staff made us feel so welcomed,specially at the restaurant where we found a high standard food and well priced.My wife refers to had a good massage at the spa.We had some minor problems with the hot water that were addressed promptly,also the prayer calls at the next door villa were sometimes very loud but In resume it was a memorable stay,highly recommended.

This property takes you to a slower, kinder place and time. The staff treat you like family and know your name and your needs before you even spend a night. The attention to detail, the food and absolutely every experience is better than the next.

Hotel Tugu Lombok is located on its own beach with stunning views and nothing but luxury! The hospitality was 5 stars and the vast surroundings provided several different places to enjoy the traditional food/afternoon tea and a variety of spaces to practice yoga any time of the day. The spa was wonderful with a gorgeous temple on top. The antiques inside and surrounding the hotel were fascinating and the 2 large pools were beautiful to swim in. The beach itself had white sand and crystal clear waters with tons of activities to do such as snorkeling or going on a sunset SUP session. The rooms were huge and decorated with the utmost attention to detail. I highly recommend going here as a couple or with a family. One of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever been!

No exaggeration to say one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Beautifully laid out hotel on stunning beach with amazing offshore coral. Great people and service, exquisite food and cocktails! Impressive attention to detail. Good value for the high quality

Loveliest place in the Bali / Lombok area. ( it’s on Lombok close to the Gili’s) Stunning. Huge piece of land with only a small number of rooms. Nice long sandy beach water calm when I was there. Filled with traditional art. Great food. Kinda perfect in general But the best part is the lovely people who work there. They know your name by the time you arrive. Dietary restrictions. And they do their jobs well. But most of all they are incredibly kind and genuine. Special nods to Mr Agus and Mr Ardian. And the owner was there when I was there. And she is lovely as well

Nice hidden gem in Lombok with a beautiful white beach, lovely villas and fantastic service. Everything just works so so smoothly - room, tours or general advice. Most friendly staff. Food was delicious and lots of dishes to choose from. Superior to all those big hotel chains.

A little bit of peace and tranquility after a long tour through Indonesia. This hotel lives up to its reputation - pristine beach, beautiful grounds and pools, unique antique-decorated rooms, great food and all delivered by the friendliest staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here and they clearly take pride in making this hotel the go-to place in Lombok. Don’t waste time looking at others…just book Hotel Tugu!
