Live Aqua Private Residences Los Cabos

We’ve been coming to Fiesta American and now Live Aqua Residences for the last 20+ years. The staff at Live Aqua are amazing. Armando is the best. He truly cares about the people he’s serving. At Mai Restaurant, service is amazing from Marta, Aidee, Adriana, and Luis. And the concierge staff of Lynette and Ilse really make our stay stress free. Our accommodations are superb. We stayed in a one bedroom premiere residence which was perfect for the two of us. We met some great people from the states out at our private pool. Gracias, Live Aqua!

We have been a Live Aqua member for some time now and our favorite destination is Live Aqua in Los Cabos. The property is so private and pristine, and the service is top notch. From the moment you step into the lobby you are greeted with smiling and friendly familiar faces. The manager Victoria and her staff are very attentive to what you like and what you are accustomed to. The rooms are very spacious and whether you a there as a couple or bringing a large group the villas a tailored with a 1 bedroom up to a 4-bedroom unit. You have the ocean views from your porch and if you are a golfer, you have some views of the oceans course nearby. The chef at the facility is top notch and has prepared some delicious meals for us. The wine selection is also great. I encourage you to go and stay at Live Aqua Los Cabos, I assure you Victoria and her staff will take care of you.

Seven perfect days at Live Aqua Los Cabos! This boutique 5 star resort is filled with outstanding staff, an excellent restaurant, and beautiful accommodations. Our Premier One Bedroom residence was well appointed and exceeded our expectations. The semi private pool as well as the main pool were never crowded with excellent service. The views are spectacular with a rooftop skybar to take in sunsets. A short golf cart ride to FA allowed us to utilize the spa, restaurants and pool, and beach access. The new spa at FA is an amazing facility. We opted for all-inclusive for 5 days of our stay, which we really enjoyed. This was our first visit to LARC, and we will definitely book again. Thank you, Live Aqua, for outstanding service and a beautiful property to enjoy our vacation!

First time at Live Aqua Private Residences Los Cabos. We had a great week just relaxing. David at the pool was great and greeted us with a smile and our favorite drink everyday. It was nice to have access to the resort, Fiesta American and their facilities as well. We look forward to return for some more down time!

4th or 5th time to this part of Mexico. 1st stay at Live Aqua. We've always enjoyed our stay but the Live Aqua property was a little different. The newer but smaller property was maintained beautifully and came with a quieter environment which we enjoyed. The action & dining at Fiesta Americana is only a short golf cart ride away. The service here was incredible. We were fortunate to have Armando Jr. serving us by the pool. His hospitality was remarkable and his consistency of checking on us was greatly appreciated.

As always, Live Aqua delivered another amazing trip for my family and friends. The amazing setting, luxurious rooms, and hard working friendly staff (Victoria, Ernesto, Antonio, Jorge and 2 other bell men, Adriana, Armando, David, Oscar) make the experience memorable every single year. We’re so grateful for all the work that goes into this place, and we’ll keep coming year after year.

This has been our favorite vacation spot for 20 years. The accommodations, friendly service, views and food are what keep us coming back with family and friends. The entire staff is focused on our comforts and needs from room service, pool service, restaurants, activity recommendations or just walking through the lobby, it feels like being around good friends.

Fantastic time at LARC, great friendly service and fantastic food and drinks. Make sure you ask for the David’s daily special drink. If you need anything ask Oscar, it will be done. Everyone at LARC is Amazing and the service is spot on.

My favorite resort in the world for many reasons. I have been there at least ten times, some with the entire family and some with just friends. The place is gorgeous and tranquil. It's very much what we needed. The entire experience is incredible. The private residences are everything you could want. Beautiful modern kitchens, large-sized bedrooms, sleek and well-appointed bathrooms, and the terraces with the views are so incredible. The service is what completely separates this resort from others. Everyone at the resort is there to make you happy and ensure you have everything you need/desire. I feel very pampered by the staff when I am there. If you go from January to March, you can be on your terrace and watch the whales splash/jump. The food at the resort is incredible. The bartenders at the pool are attentive and have special drinks to match your palate. PS: The restaurants, bars, pools, and spa at Fiesta Americana (just a golf cart ride away) are also incredible.
