"Don't book this hotel! The room's electricity was faulty after I checked in, and it wasn't restored until I checked out the next day. The hotel claimed it wasn't their problem and showed no intention of fixing it. It's very noisy because it's close to the pier. Don't book whale watching or other similar activities through the hotel; their prices are very high. Just book directly at the pier. The front desk staff were indifferent. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in abroad."

"The service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 35-minute drive from the airport. It's a moderately sized, adults-only resort with full dining facilities, making it relatively quiet. I particularly want to commend the smooth booking process through Trip.com. Other friends who booked through different websites encountered minor issues during check-in, but ours was completely seamless. Thank you! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Cabo."

The hotel was mostly frequented by white people, and some of them seemed surprised to see Asian faces and showed some degree of discrimination. Cleaning was not timely, the elevator broke down from time to time, and there were some strange noises at night."

"If you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return."

"I booked a 3-night stay at Marina Festa starting February 20th, but upon arrival, I was told there were no rooms available and was directed to a different hotel owned by the same owner. Marina Festa faces the marina, but the other hotel was in a poor location. This is the worst hotel; they overbook guests and then direct them to unpopular hotels owned by the same owner."

"I stayed at this hotel with my friend. We ordered tacos one day three different types of tacos we're all terrible and expensive I mean really bad. Avoid this hotel June July August September because The pool is like being in a Jacuzzi so hot that whenever you get in the pool you feel like you're going to faint. Also this is kind of cheap and doesn't put fridges the room. The bathroom was very small I will say the air conditioner worked well and the staff were polite. I would not stay here again it's too inconvenient to have to buy an ice chest to refrigerate a beer. This hotel doesn't meet Hilton standards in my mind."
