This has to have been the BEST hotel experience we have ever had! It was our first time in Cabo, celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. We decided to splurge this year and purchased the upgraded experience, Casa Maat, and it exceeded our expectations! When I tell you everyone treated us with not 5 star service…but 10 STAR SERVICE! We had our own butlers who tended to our every need, made sure we were always taken care of, and carted us to and from our room. They even brought us not 1, but 2 birthday surprises AND anniversary surprise as well! My man also surprised me with a spa day! It was amazing! We felt so special and loved by the staff there. It was so hard to leave! They didn’t want us to leave either! The communication 10/10, the food 10/10, our suite 10/10, the people 10/10! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends, and we will definitely be back for another visit next year!

This was such a memorable experience I will never forget. I went for my 30th birthday and was surprised by my boyfriend proposing! He worked with our amazing butlers Ricardo, Abraham, Fransico, and Jesus to bring it to life. They helped set it up on the beach with a photographer followed by an amazing dinner and our room was decked out when we came back. They were completely responsive at all times, and we felt so taken care of. The resort is gorgeous, and Merli and Antonio at the restaurant took care of my vegan dietarían needs the entire time. We loved the activities they offered like wine tasting and played pickle ball! Everything was top notch and we cannot wait to be back.

Had an incredible stay and was spoiled by the staff, especially Abraham the butler who went above and beyond for me! Room was awesome (got a fortunate upgrade to ocean front suite w baller patio great for morning yoga) and pool is fantastic for laps or chilling. Highly recommend as a solo reprieve or coupes outing. Serenity of it is great and can then migrate over to JW for more (but their guests can’t come to Casa Maat! Will be back !!

Casa Maat is a fantastic resort. We enjoyed 7 nights of relaxation and comfort provided by a wonderful staff that went over the top to help us celebrate birthdays during our stay. Luis (checkin), Jesus and Ricardo (butlers), Daniel (poolside), Antonio (dinner), just to name a few staff members, made sure we were taken care of everyday. From Prosecco and cake in our room to setting up reservations at Acre, everything was perfect. The Spa was a wonderful getaway from the sun mid afternoon. The resort was designed to be pleasing to the senses, and allowed us to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back next year, if not before.

Loved this hotel , great all inclusive concept, nice spacious clean rooms , they are well air conditioned , we never used it Food and beverages are terrific but most importantly the staff are amazing each and everyone of them , you have a butler who is super attentive, only there for 5?days could definitely do longer Enjoy your stay Jason

Food&drink presentation, facilities, butler service (Abraham Romero) are also very good! Resort is conveniently located approximately 35 minutes away from Los Cabos International Airport. For a hassle-free journey, private transportation is recommended (uber). We will return next vacation in cabo!

The service is second to none. Jesús tender to our needs without delay. The property was great . Very friendly staff . One of the best places I have stayed . Food was great . The rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of extras. Checking in was easy ,

One of the best experiences staying at a JW hotel. They made our stay beyond my expectations and everyone at the hotel made us feel we were at home. Wonderful staff, amazing food and the service at dinner with Carlos and Antonio were the highlights of the trip and have real cuban cigars at the hotel was a plus too!

Gorgeous private resort! This is adjacent to J W MArriott in San Jose Cabo and totally private, with butler service, fantastic breakfast made to order, tasty dinners served nightly all out poolside and moonlight, with super ambience. The rooms are excellent, with large sunken tub and huge showers. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. From the kind and friendly check in, to the personal butler service and attentive staff, this is a MUST for tranquility and restful days and nights. Not a place for small children as the pool is really a 4ft deep lap pool with a nice sitting ledge overlooking the Pacific. You have full access to the JW facilities and restaurants next door, with children's pool, swim up bar, etc, but for relaxation and pure adult enjoyment, nightly quiet music performed as background to dinner, this is THE PLACE! The picture shown is of a suite on floors 4 & 5, oceanfront. Did I mention that the pool staff, food service, and overall management is fabulous?
