Located close to the grotto and basilika, 5 minutes walk from hotel. The room was clean and bright. The staffs area very helpful. Recommended hotel if you want to stay in Lourdes

Great location close to St Michael’s Gate. Hotel is ok, fine when you are out and about most of the time. Room compact but clean and bed comfortable. I get the impression from reviews that some parts of the hotel are better than others. Common parts are rather tired, atmospheric perhaps but we are in 2023, likewise bath with shower attachment and nowhere to place shower. A one handed shower is fun for some. Sachets of shampoo? Food was ok, one up from mass catering. Salad starters were the best bit. Breakfasts were ok, good croissants so can’t complain. Coffee machine had a queue when busy - one day someone will invent a coffee machine for a hotel that makes decent coffee. For a short pilgrimage and a berth for the night, it was fine and would recommend as a place to stay especially for the location. The cafe/brasserie off the lobby was a good spot for snacks and lunch.

One of the best hotels, it was clean n tidy all times, food was available all day due to the restaurant close by to the grotto and the best part the reception guys are so helpful and informative night duty team 🤍 Good stay Had fun Walkable to grotto

My stay was delightful! It is a convenient location . The room was a bit small but perfect for me! My balcony looked down upon the street and I enjoyed people watching ! The staff was especially ( Charles) friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend it .

i stayed in an old room and it was ok for the first 3 nights. but on the 4th night, the aircon is not working and it was summer so it was really uncomfortable. i called front desk to request for transfer to another room but nothing happened. i then asked the front desk that i wish to speak with the manager but she refused to let me speak with the manager. i don't know why? at other hotels, they offer compensation, free breakfast for the trouble caused to the guest but they did not offer any. the hotel is cheap and clean but the a/c experience and her refusal to let me speak with the manager made the stay unpleasant.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The Front Desk staff were very accommodating. We arrived early at the hotel at around 11am and although we know that most check-ins are at 2pm, we were allowed to check in early. Same goes for our check-out. Our flight was at 6pm and we were allowed in the room until 4pm, without extra charge. Their restaurant was also very good and offers good value for money.
