"Passing through the Pyrenees, I found this accommodation practical, inexpensive, quiet, well-equipped (blackout curtains, personal electrical and USB outlets, new mattress) and comfortable for my 2-night stay. The bathroom is shared only with the other occupants of the room: I booked a room exclusively for women, and there were three of us. I highly recommend it."

"On a pilgrimage! In a group, a place of peace and serenity. There were 35 of us. The hotel offers good services, the food is decent, but the breakfast is poor. It could be better. There are different types of rooms. We were given a very small one, with no window or bidet in the bathroom. I should point out that the bathroom, with its half-bathtub, is dangerous because it's too high. Considering the elderly guests, perhaps something should be reconsidered. The heating is excellent, and the housekeeping is good."

"Besides the 9.9 rating for location, this hotel also had other issues... First, the air conditioning: the control panel in the room was broken, and I had to ask the front desk to turn it on. It was incredibly noisy when I turned it on. I didn't need it in the morning or evening, but it was still hot when the sun came out. Wi-Fi: The connection to our room was often disconnected, and the front desk said they didn't know about it."

"My wife and I have just spent three nights bed and breakfast at this lovely hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast has a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, breads, fruit juice, tea and coffee. The room was small and basic, but cleaned to a high standard every day. This hotel is an ideal base for exploring Lourdes. It is only a ten minute walk to The Basilica. Do not listen to the negative reviews about this hotel. It is a budget friendly hotel, not a 5 star. Some people don,t want to pay much, but expect a lot! We will certainly be visiting this hotel again."

"I arrived early and was allowed to leave my bag in the storage room before check-in, although I would have appreciated a bit more assistance instead of just being directed there. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient. I was attended by Margie, who was very helpful and friendly. She gave useful tips about the area and information about activities in the sanctuary, which I really appreciated. As for the amenities, I wasn’t aware that towels were not included, so I had to pay extra for them. The room was also a bit cold, and I wasn’t sure if the heater was working properly, although there was an extra throw provided. The toilet was clean, but it would be better to have a separate hand soap by the sink instead of using the same product provided in the shower for both shampoo and body wash. The food (dinner buffet) was very good, though I think it could be more affordable and offer a wider variety of options. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and the biggest highlight was the hotel’s accessibility to the sanctuary."
