"A warm bath, a corner of tranquility. This hot spring hotel really nailed comfort and coziness. Seriously recommending this hot spring hotel! After a soak, my skin felt silky smooth, and my body and mind were completely relaxed. All the fatigue from a day of exploring Hailuogou just melted away – it was incredibly comfortable! The service from both the slender manager and the robust manager was truly heartwarming; they were patient, meticulous, enthusiastic, and attentive. You can even admire the magnificent sight of the 'Golden Mountain in the Sunlight' right from the hotel. It's also a great spot for photos, but unfortunately, my schedule was too tight to take proper pictures. I definitely need to come back for that next time."
Under the Tree Art Hot Spring Homestay
"The location is about a 10 minute or so drive from the main town and the visitor center for the glacier. It can be difficult or impossible to call a taxi if you go during the low season, so you may need to ask the hotel to call a taxi for you (30rmb I think). The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional gardens. They have a small restaurant onsite offering chinese meals at reasonable prices, including local specialties and more classic dishes like egg fried rice. Breakfast is mostly western-style. The butler service is quite comprehensive. They kept coming knocking on the door over and over to deliver fresh fragrant flowers, very tasty ripe fruits, and at night they brought sweet snow fungus soup. They also provided laundry service, including washing and drying your clothes for you. At night they offered tea and sweet potatoes around a fire. My room had a private hot spring, which was quite large and very comfortable, although the water would only turn on in the evenings, around 6pm or so. Before that time, there wouldn't be any water, so it couldn't be used. The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, including staff literally giving me their own hats and jackets when they saw I didn't bring my own. This place is worth staying in for the precious hot spring water, attentive service and beautiful courtyard gardens."

"To summarize: Ershanlai is the number one hotel in Moshi Town. You can't go wrong with it if you close your eyes. Facilities: Each room has a terrace with private hot springs, natural hot spring water, the mist is hazy in front of you, the rain and fog are falling on the distant mountains, and the fatigue from the journey is swept away after a bath. The water pressure of the shower head is particularly strong. Environment: Whether it is the courtyard, the hall or the room, it is quiet and soothing Hygiene: No problem Service: I want to be friends with the butler Mu Bi. We stayed in 6 hotels on the Sichuan West line this time. Ershanlai was the only one who came to the hotel to communicate with the group in the morning. He picked up the luggage at the hotel and sent it out when he left. The service was comfortable and responsive. Dinner and breakfast were delicious."

"The most comfortable guesthouse of our trip to Western Sichuan, hands down! The young man was incredibly helpful, assisting with our luggage and showing us around the facilities. It's clear the owner puts a lot of thought into it; they used Lelabo toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, a De'Longhi kettle, and there was a natural sulfur hot spring. Who can understand the feeling of having freshly ground coffee for breakfast! There were two washing machines and two dryers, and we didn't even have time to try the gym. They even provided sweet soup in the room at night; we didn't want to leave! Amazing!"

The hot spring pool was freshly filled and each household had its own pool. The water was changed after finishing. The mountain was very quiet and the air was good. There were many constructions around, but the environment of the famous hotel itself was good so we didn't care."

"The homestay was newly renovated, but the service is not up to par. The old couple would call their son if they had any problems. We booked three rooms, one of which did not have air conditioning. They said that it was not included in the facilities of the room I booked, but I checked and found it (Picture 1). They also asked me to pay the difference. I didn't want to say anything. As long as the money could settle it, so be it! The temperature on the day of check-in (Figure 2). I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never encountered such a high temperature except in Xinjiang. I would also like to add that there is no toilet paper in the bathroom, and I have to ask them for it."
