"The electrical appliances in the room were emitting glaring lights at night. Perhaps I'm too picky about my sleep environment, but these lights made it very uncomfortable to sleep, especially the bathroom mirror behind the bed. I already have trouble sleeping, and this mirror inexplicably lit up five times during the night. Every time it lit up, I would wake up and have to get up to turn it off. Aside from the lights, the cleanliness was truly appalling. The sofa cushions were covered in large, dirty stains, making it unsafe to sit on. The tatami mat next to the bed was also filthy. I went to soak in the hot spring and tried on the slippers in the bedroom. Although they were packaged in bags labeled "sterilized," when I picked them up, I saw stains, trash, and hair stuck to the soles. Were they really disinfected? This was a night I stayed at a hotel that wasn't on a holiday, and it cost 1400 yuan per night. For this price, the hotel's condition was terrible. It was a complete waste of money!"

The next day, when we were leaving, the receptionist patiently took a group photo for us! The most amazing thing was that after checking out, my companion left her wireless earphones at the hotel. We had already driven quite a distance and stopped in the old town, but the staff brought them to us right there! It was so kind of them!! Thumbs up!"
