Lüks Ko Chang Otelleri

"Hotel was perfect staff was good and all was good but sadly I would not stay there again as there for far too long many loud children running about and spoiling the atmosphere (bad parenting)"

"Pros: excellent staff that tries their best to welcome and make you feel at best during your stay. Great aircon, bathtub (water pressure), pillows n firm bed. Wide array of breakfast selections - from continental, indian, thai, chinese, sandwich station, noodle bar, fresh juice bar, etc. Great beachfront views with pool menu that doesnt cost an arm or a leg. Cool marshmallow ritual every evening too. Yummy welcome chocolate (not the cheap kind). Would definitely come back n recommend to friends n fam. Cons: sausages line for breakfast couldve use a more premium ones...egg station should be expanded with more staff since it is the busiest of all in the morning..water pressure (shower) couldve been stronger like the bath tub, cleaning hours could be better managed and attentive (they forgot to refill the soap/shampoo)."

"The hotel is old, like really old, it was built in 1989 and it’s very visible. The bedsheets, towels are so old and dirty like 2 star motel. Deluxe family room looks like rooms in 1989 also. Not modern at all. We upgraded to villa (had to pay a lot for this) and it’s good, a bit old but much better, with beach view and private territory. The territory of hotel is really beautiful and big, it’s like a park and beach is great. You can also take cayak to get to the small island nearby. The birds (hornbills) that live at the hotel are really beautiful and worth seeing! Everything closes really early - even game room - it’s just a room with board games and we wanted to play there and the staff told us that they were closing at 7.30 p.m! Why not open this room until 10 at least 😀 No evening activities at all. Everything gets quiet and dead at 7 p.m. There is beach cinema announcement at reception on Sundays, but when we arrived on Sunday, the staff told us that there will be no movies 🫣 Отель очень старый, просто древний, постельное белье и полотенца в ужасном состоянии.

"Really enjoyed our stay. Immaculate property, pool area spacious and well maintained. Restaurant serves wonderful food authentic Thai which we enjoyed so much. Last but not least the extremely friendly staff makes this resort stand out from the rest. Will definitely return."

"BEST QUALITY! Memorable experience. Blows my mind, the hospitality and anticipation of the staff and services. Amazing new property with wonderful facilities and amazing staff, food, and view. Quiet, relaxing, zen. Close by to the Kai Bae street full of food but tucked away privately. Would 10/10 recommendation to a friend again and again! I’m in love with this place and will forever have a place in my heart. ❤️"
