The hotel is a good choice for people traveling to Hainan, if you don’t mind the surroundings - it’s all industrial, trucks everywhere. Room was clean, but I could smell the cigarettes the moment I entered the room. Breakfast was ok, bad coffee (no coffee machine).

The owner was welcoming and hosted me very well! Him and his wife put much effort into welcoming me and making me feel very comfortable. The apartment had a great view and lovely location! I highly recommend this stay, (especially for foreigners).

入住南極海水屋超驚喜！衞生狀況讓我這個潔癖星人無可挑剔，整體很整潔，私密性也很好，不用擔心有噪音和被打擾。管家服務超貼心，提前講解水屋注意事項，還幫忙準備出海裝備，有需求秒響應，超讚！

The view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

Comfortable rooms an friendly service. The surrounding is not so nice (automobile repair shops and lots of traffic).

第二次選擇拾澗海了，一如既往的滿意，性價比很高！👍。首先，面積大，沙發茶几飯桌一應俱全，雙床二人住着很舒服，卧具很乾凈。還有洗衣機和晾衣架。免費停車場也擴大了，原來就在路邊上，現在是一個較大停車場，可以停放幾十輛車，停車不發愁了。需要注意點就是停車場到住處要上一節石梯，最好把東西精減一下，衹帶有必要帶的。這裏離徐聞港一刻鐘車程，我們每年來回海南都會選擇拾澗海週轉一下，這樣旅途輕鬆許多。😃

Good location in that it is near restaurants and shops. Room is clean and very spacious! Has towels and toothbrushes. Owner is friendly. Has a big water kettle for you to boil water in. Owner provides water for guests. Will be more than happy to come back to this place again if it is convienient!

Owner was nice and friendly. Was in a good location where it was around a lot of shops and restaurants. Had a washer where you can wash your clothing. Had screwdrivers that I was able to use to try to fix your suitcase. The place was unfortunately run down and dingy. The floor was dirty. The door knob handles where broken, where it wasn't the most easiest to open. There wasn't anyway to flush toilet, due to there being no lever to flush it. Was not able to take a shower or brush my teeth because there was no water running through them.

過海之前臨時歇一晚的選擇，房間本身還比較寬敞衞生，簡裝風格，有洗衣機，熱水器是電的，需要輪流等待燒水。門鎖是密碼鎖可反鎖，電視是新的。就是小區看起來沒有物業，非常荒涼，衹有小區門口有個小小便利店。臨時住客不少，電梯有四個，但是三個不開，所以上下一次樓要等很久很久。地下車庫是環氧地坪的，住一晚要交15塊。
