"Staff are friendly and professional. Check in was smooth. They provided a welcome fruit plate (an apple, a pear and an orange) which was delivered by a robot. Love the free self laundry service (3 washing machines and 3 dryers) as you don't find this at most of the hotels. Excellent breakfast with varieties. I love the noodle bar which provides freshly made wonton. The hotel also offers late night snacks with steam buns, freshly made wonton noodles from noodle bar and fried noodles. Room is spacious. The only complaint is there are no restaurants right at the hotel or next door. However, there is a 7/11 to grab quick snacks."

"It was a good room with all of the necessary utensils in—toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower necessities, etc. Nothing bad to say about it. Stayed there for 7 days, and it cost me as much as staying in one of the hotels in Hong Kong for 1 day. Fairly cheap, and still managed well! There was also a washing room for your dirty clothes!! 😊"

"Reminiscent fame of the magnificent hotel with it's long history and pride as top accomodation in Zhanjiang is still there in spite of big chane is taking place here. To be honest, there are number of issues the hotel management is facing now and to overcome. I had very good stay. Thank you and 加油"

"The LN garden hotel Zhanjiang is absolutely outstanding. I can not fault it in any way. The hotel itself is just superb and added to the friendliness and efficiency of the staff make the experience one to remember. The food was very nice with a huge variety of dishes. I actually made a mistake with my room choice when booking but this was quickly and courteously altered to my liking. Thank you to the manager and team that sorted this for me. If you do visit LN garden hotel do try to have a panoramic sea view room. This room was the icing on the cake, on the 29th floor the views were amazing. This is now my favorite hotel in Zhanjiang by a long way."

"Location was good as it was the closest hotel to where our relatives lived. Close to a Walmart and a mall, plus at night there seems to be a market that pops up. If you go towards the river, there will be fruit vendors at night too. If you are wondering if their 1.3 m twin beds can fit a couple, it’s really (really) pushing it so maybe book a room with larger beds if that is a concern.  Also, while they have a self serve laundry room, it’s only open until 10 PM and they will lock it irregardless if you have clothes in the washer and then you will have to find a staff member to unlock the door and free your clothing so please pay heed. It’s also not open in the early morning until late and shares a space with the gym (so also locked during the time when people would want to be exercising) which is weird, but the staff justifies it as not bothering the people sleeping during that time. Perhaps they should invest in soundproofing during their next renovation because it’s super inconvenient."
