A very cute bed and breakfast, small and with a personal touch. You felt like you were a guest at someone's home! Very nice

The Bed and Breakfast was so lovely! It's a really beautiful house, and all the staff was extremely kind and helpful. It was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The location was convenient - right next to a bus stop that took you to the center in under 10 mins (or ~15-20 min walk to the river). Overall and excellent stay!

The rooms had inside temperature of 32 degrees plus and the host didn’t attend our request to provide an extra fan as it was extremely suffocating and hot and unbearably uncomfortable. I am asthmatic and it was so hard to stay in a room which is so hot! So we all had to sleep on the floor in the other room which had a slow working and cheap air conditioning which worked but was not very efficient. We had to make our own beds in the second room and sleep with uncovered pillows and uncovered covers! But as we had been driving for 12 hours we had no choice other than to stay in one room as a family of four and sleep on the floor with our kids! Our emails and requests to help were ignored and replied to only at 6am the next morning. When we finally spoke to the host during break time she was arrogant and rude and still charged us full for both the rooms when we could not use the second room. She has an attitude and rude manner and very intimidating behaviour! So apology, no curtesy to say I won’t charge for the second room ! Absolutely disgusted by her behaviour and despite it was 40 degrees outside and 32 plus in the rooms there was no drinking water in the rooms Would never recommend this place .she is a rip off merchant

We spent 3 weeks in Switzerland and spent a few days in Luzern. We agreed that The Bed and Breakfast Hotel was our favorite accommodation. We loved our room, enjoyed the fabulous breakfast, and after a busy day relaxed and ate our picnic dinner in the garden. Isabelle was outstanding, always very helpful which made our stay so easy. We had a great time staying at this pleasant bed and breakfast. It is approximately a 15 minute walk from the main train station or you can take a bus that will easily connect you. The hotel was very clean and we had a shared bathroom (which was right across the hall from our room) but there are so many bathrooms it almost felt as though it was private. Bathrooms were always cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, good variety of bread/meat/cheese/ yogurt etc. and the everyone we spoke to was extremely nice. Would definitely recommend

Great place- very quiet and well kept. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Great place, good location with bus stop close. Few stops to old town. Also handynif you taking bus to Mt Pilatus. Rooms were nice, pillows probably too soft. While there are shutters, room does not have blackout curtains so was bit bright for our liking. Breakfast was very basic and for the price, one would expect more variety. There were no pastries. And very limited cheese, ham etc to choose from.
