This is the first time I came to Luliang on a business trip, because I was close to my office. Just booked a windowless room at the lowest price at Luliang Hotel. When I opened the room, I was told that because of the celebration, I upgraded a standard room with windows for free. The decoration of the room is simple and atmospheric. The wireless network speed is very fast, and there is free unlimited supply of mineral water. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and there is free parking lot. I will choose here next time on business trip, highly recommended

第一次入住，看到是家新開的店，網上評分挺高，就打算體驗一下，果然不虛此行，前台的小姐姐很好很熱情，有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間超級乾淨舒適，床很軟很舒服，房間採光很好，還是落地大窗户，街景一覽無餘，整個房間氛圍感也很好，裡邊的鏡子還有補光，雖然是臨街，但是很安靜，樓下就是停車場，停車非常方便，酒店出去旁邊的兩條街全是飯店，小吃也很多，下次還會來，值得推薦！

房間寬敞明亮，設施設備齊全，智能服務很贊，但把浴巾設置在馬桶上方既不衛生也不妥當，建議放在洗漱間，需要自取，服務意識需要加強，細節定成敗，一層大廳保潔阿姨衹顧埋頭擦電梯門，完全忽略顧客的感受，我們需要乘電梯上樓，摁了上行按鈕，另外一個電梯還沒來得及摁，保潔員搶先一步摁了下行，估計她要下到底層，先不說微笑服務，但怎麼樣也得顧客優先吧，感覺不太好，不如我們此行在另外一地住的酒店，每個工作人員都笑臉相迎，熱情周到，希望改進！提升服務意識和服務質量！
