"The place is very beautiful, in a quiet location just outside the center of Madesimo. The food, hospitality, and rooms are excellent. It loses points for the truly uncomfortable beds, soft bases, and terrible mattresses. In a 4-star hotel, waking up with a sore back is unacceptable."

"The structure may be a little left out, especially with regard to rooms, “broken” furniture, little safe for small children, cottages in a corridor not very clean but all improved details in a short time; But most importantly all details that are worthwhile when you know the staff, from the cleaners to the animations, the serveers, the photographer, all the fantastic people, and that make you feel at home. So then you're going to count on the positive things that go far beyond a room box that you don't ask. Thank you for the laughs you made us, I'm really sorry to have to go back for the first time in so many years."
