It certainly was not this and I have been and worked at many hotels. Beyond the foyer, run down, empty once was shops, restaurants and beauty places within or attached to the hotel. The hotel looked tired, lots to maintained and do up. Walked out to our floor to empty tables which once had flowers or something on them, our room was average, no extra pillows, 2 per bed, no extra blankets in the cupboard, ( a caravan park has at least these) no mini bar, from what I could see there was no room service, 3 booked into a double room and there was only enough towels for two. Rubbish under the bed. The toiletries were bottles which were filled with generic lotions. The bathroom doors and doors to shower and toilet did not shut kept swinging open. The large pool which extended right back as a child's pool is now a duck pond, literally. The insane prices for the restaurant and breakfast buffet especially, not to mention the pool bar which did not have anything special on it. Would I return, unfortunately not, would I recommend certainly would not. Extremely disappointed."

"The hotel location is perfect as it is just next to sea world and you can have unlimited access during the stay. However, I don’t like the bathroom as it is a bit old style and the shower is not a shower head with hose, it is a challenge to bath the kid. If the bathroom could be upgraded, it will be perfect."

"Our room was quite dated, some cupboards were broken, the toilet seat was broken when we arrived (however it was fixed the following day) the room was quite dusty to the point where my daughter required her ventolin puffer about 4 times during the night. The bed was quite uncomfortable for me and the pillows were flat but I guess some people like them that way. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of hot food variety. Fruit was beautiful and fresh. The pool amenities were good. Very nice for couples , for us as a family, we didn’t find it very child friendly. We didn’t really interact with any staff, apart from Danny from room service on 2.2.24, he was very friendly and nice. Also the lady at check out on 3.2.24 was great, didn’t catch her name though. The surrounding gardens and outdoor spaces were beautiful and well kept. Overall, we probably wouldn’t chose to stay here again only due to the dusty rooms and my child’s asthma condition."

"Beautiful location! Stunning ocean views. Easy access to the beach and local shops and restaurants are within a short walk. The apartment was spacious and had all we needed. However the TV volume didn’t work and we couldn’t hear the sound well. Our daughter also had a severe allergic reaction to the sheets, which we ended up washing using our own washing detergent that we bring from home. The most disappointing thing though was the staff, who were not personable or accommodating. We had different staff for check in and check out and on both occasions they were abrupt and it felt as though they just wanted to hurry us through. It doesn’t take much to smile and be welcoming or go the extra mile where you can to take a stay from good to great."
