Best location around Melaka town. Walking distance to jonker street and heritage walk. Hotel room very big and spacious. Swimming pool and gym very clean and neat. Breakfast fantastic. Staff very helpful and ready to help. Next to the lobby ,there 7 eleven and cafe that is cheap and good food. Will be back again.

Everything was fine except for the parking facilities and the blanket has got some stains. This was notified to the front counter and they sent a new blanket. Please ensure to check all this before even placing them. Otherwise it was an acceptable stay.

Overall was okay as it was just a one night stay. However the room we stayed in 1362/1363 has this dull smell quite strong when we first entered the room and the smell lingered over the night. It did not happen when we stayed previously on level 15.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The fridge doesn’t work at all, and I cannot change the TV channels either. The room is divided with a glass divider, so it makes the room not very spacious. However, the lift is very fast, the pool is very spacious, and the staff are very polite. This hotel is also very strategically located in Melaka, as Bandar Hillir and nearby tourist attractions are only a 10-minute walk away. Overall, I was not very satisfied with this hotel, and it does not worth the price at all.

Hotel is clean and nice. Rooms are big. Location is good. Breakfast alot of variety. Good value. Will come back again

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and proper. It is located near to Palawan and Makota malls. And walking distance to Jonker street. Good for friends and family vacation. Breakfast has many choices and replenish quickly.
