Awesome service from my housekeeper Vivian!! Thank you very much for everything. The hotel has a lot of wonderful amenities and options. The Club Lounge is really good and the gym and restaurant facilities are excellent! I would highly recommend staying here!

Been here a couple of times and I love it. They put me in beautiful rooms with beautiful views! The staff is super duper polite. My housekeepers are so helpful and kind. Azizul was my last housekeeper and was awesome. Love this place. It is the bees knees!

Great hotel, clean and attached to city center, Alice from housekeeping and the rooms service team were also very helpful. The gym is small but very well maintained, hotel is also well situated and close to a lot of other attractions within Manama.

Great place to stay in Bahrain, quiet rooms right next to the City Mall. Room service was amazing, Leticia was awesome, very polite and made sure my room was spotless and well organized. Great breakfast as well. Will definitely be back here when I visit Bahrain.

Housekeeping and restaurant staff were amazing. This is always my first pick when visiting Bahrain. Thank you Sopon and Hoque for keeping my room comfortable, clean and stocked.

The location is excellent as it's attached to the beautiful City Centre Mall. The housekeeping staff does a fantastic job, especially Mr. Bala, who takes great pride in his job. I stayed here for several weeks and everything was exactly as it should be for a hotel of this caliber and price range.

Amazing hotel with great amenities. Enjoyed being connected to the mall. Worked well when my luggage was lost upon arrival. Staff is very accommodating. Really enjoyed the Bonvoy Lounge access happy hour. Made my membership worthwhile. Special thanks to Sheila in the Lounge and Obaidul in housekeeping!
