The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. We stayed in a bungalow.

The hotel is located across the street from the mall which was very convenient. The facility, location, staff, and the dining options were great. We were there during Ecuador's Carnival season. So, there was a party a**osphere throughout the province.

for the price I was expecting a way better room, furniture and room materials were average, uncomfortable chairs and desk, just the bed was really good to sleep very soft.

Nice Hotel with a good breakfast, but most of the staff at the front desk doesn't speak English and I got charched twice (once by *******, and the Hotel wanted to pay me again). Finally I got the money back but it needed two more visits at the Hotel until I got the money back.

Traffic noise from the city streets is ridiculously loud. Staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet is incredible.
