"The room was very small and the experience was terrible. There was nothing there, and I had to ask for everything at the front desk. The water was cold from the second night onwards, and there was no hot water on the third morning. It wasn't fixed until the third night. There was no buffet, and you had to pay for food. It was very inconvenient and a very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it."

Havuz büyük, ancak sadece bir gece kaldığımız için kullanma fırsatımız olmadı. Kahvaltıda Çin yemekleri mevcut. Olumsuz tarafı ise, giriş yaptığımızda elektronik anahtar hemen çalışmadı, bu yüzden bir teknisyeni beklemek zorunda kaldık. İlginç bir detay: Oda oldukça zevkli bir şekilde döşenmiş olmasına rağmen, mavi plastik bir çöp kutusu vardı (göz yorgunluğu)."

"Very nice hotel, very good rooms, excellent breakfast, employees very professional and availability above average. Rest zones very clean. Placed in a zone near services (restaurants, coffees shop, business,etc)."

"Great location, some 15 walking minutes to the seaside and the civic center. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Rooms are clean and modern, however the quality of the furniture really isn't upscale as you would expect, considering the pricing. Great view onto the harbor from the 14th floor, really enjoyed it. Late check out was offered to me. The only real downside is the completely incompetent staff at breakfast. When I went there 8 o'clock in the morning, there were around 15 guests taking breakfast with around 10 employes being présent. So it was an easy match for them to serve the guests well. But they are just not doing their job. They are talking, hanging around and just doing NOTHING. After 10 minutes, I was standing up, asking if I can finally get a coffee. After another 15 minutes, had to jump from my chair to check if there is any chance to fill up my mug. SAD. The executives of this hotel should have a conversation with the Manager who is responsible for this mess, cause it ruins the otherwise good reputation of the hotel. If it continues like that, GOOD NIGHT TO YOUR 4 STARS! I am actually still giving a 5 Star rating here, for the great Ladies and Gentlemen at the Reception who where so helpful"

"The hotel is cool, but somehow it is a bit different to the price, the service is great, the rooms can be. The surroundings are so-so so you have to be careful when going out, but it's not a tragedy. Close to all the attractions in the center."

"Outdated facilities, really old bathrooms with no toilet paper (napkins). Cleanliness is fairly good, the bed is very nice. The carpet is in terrible condition, and the breakfast—beware, it's Chinese! Amazing. Very poor value for money."
