Purtroppo in un pernotto di 2 notti ho segnalato un problema di pulizia appena entrato in stanza con tanto di foto mostrate alla reception e ricevuto dovute rimostranze e relative scuse con la promessa che nel prossimo turno di pulizie il ciuffo di peli e capelli sarebbe stato rimosso. Nulla di tutto ciò è accaduto, dormo ancora con il batuffolo accanto al letto, messo lì in bella vista. Questo la dice tutto sulla pulizia effettuata... Altro problema segnalato riguarda la scadentissima qualità del materasso del divano letto che ti costringe a dormire sulle molle, la reception ha cercato di effettuare la sostituzione ma alla fine non c'è stata la necessità perché abbiamo inserito noi tra i materassi e le lenzuola numero 3 piumini per riuscire a riposare. È un peccato, perché perdersi in queste condizioni soprattutto dopo una segnalazione chiara non lascia spazio a dubbi. Ho chiesto un cuscino in più e ne trovo uno con federa del cuscino semistrappata che appena preso si è aperta in due... Colazione dolce standard ma buona. Personale gentile.

L'hotel si trova lungo la strada di collegamento tra Ragusa e Marina di Ragusa da cui dista circa 12 km. Per spostarsi, quindi, bisogna disporre necessariamente di un veicolo. La struttura è molto carina, con una grande piscina, la palestra, ristorante e bar. Dispone di ampi spazi, tra cui anche un anfiteatro per spettacoli ed un ampio parcheggio interno gratuito. Le camere sono spaziose con affaccio sulla piscina (la nostra) ed il letto comodissimo con topper. Tv 42” ed aria condizionata regolabile dagli ospiti. C'è anche un piccolo frigo con due bottigliette di acqua gratuite e, nel bagno, i soliti accessori. Veramente fantastico il buffet per la colazione soprattutto per chi (come noi) gradisce il dolce e la frutta la mattina. Abbiamo trovato, infatti, diverse specialità di dolci con crema ed alla mandorla e frutta di diversi generi. In conclusione, un ottimo soggiorno anche se solo per una notte ma ci sarebbe piaciuto poter rimanere per una settimana. Sconsigliato per chi non ha la macchina e viaggia con i mezzi pubblici.

We were old, a genuinely well-reconstructed architectural jewel, located in the quiet of the Ragusa country, halfway between Ragusa and the Ragusa Marina, but very easily reachable. Located in a strategic location to visit the surroundings: absolutely essential a own means of transport. It has a parking area, a small pool with a beautiful garden, a small necropolis and a variety of common places (paziers, courtyards, etc.), all well-kept and comfortable. The staff is kind and available. The only suggestion I feel is that all rooms are in the central body except the cottages, five in all, where I stayed, which are in a separate body, though not far away (it is going out of the door, The rooms are reached along the landing track of small private aircraft, and there are also bicycles. Nothing to say about their quality and comfort, but despite the fact that they enjoy all the services offered by the structure, living there, I think, is the risk of not living the magic of the place. I tried to move into the main body, but I was told that all the rooms were busy; but if you love absolute silence and be completely silent for your actions, then this accommodation is for you. In conclusion, I absolutely advise the era of the Gibiliana.
