Hotel Marbella

Amazing! Absolutely love everything about this wonderful hotel. Every member of the staff are friendly, warm, attentive and they all work super hard. Reception is run by a knowledgeable and helpful team and they always have a welcoming smile. The cleaners are amazing, every part of the hotel is spotless, smells wonderful and they always smile and greet you. The breakfast is fantastic, lots to choose from. Super tasty handmade jams, lots of variety of breads, cereal, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, lovely fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and salads. The egg station is run by an amazing lady who makes the best omelettes and eggs, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast staff work very hard to make sure everything is just right and not a crumb is left in sight, they are all very sweet and helpful. The bar staff are great, they always smile and chat with guests whilst working hard to provide a good service. The rooms are on the smaller side but nice and provide everything you need, the bathroom is a good size, with a lovely powerful multi head shower. The hairdryer isn't very powerful but worked fine for myself having short hair but I would recommend bringing your own. 2 small bottles of water were provided on arrival only and the tea, coffee and powered milk was only provided once. Rooms are spotlessly clean and made up beautifully daily but we didn't feel we needed this doing daily so popped the do not disturb sign on till we wanted it cleaning. We upgraded to a seaview room and we were so glad we did so, the views are stunning. Yigit the owner is around most mornings making sure everything is perfect and making time to chat with the guests. He was available to address any concerns and just to make sure the guests were happy. Location is perfect with it being towards the end of the promenade its relatively quiet yet still only a short walking distance from the busier area. The marina is a 30-40 minute walk away or just jump in the dolmus, tap and pay for 24 Turkish lira or 30 Turkish lira cash. There is a new bar close by that does play music till around 12am so if you are a light sleeper then maybe some earplugs would be a good Idea. We are definitely going to be returning and will be bringing our daughter, her husband and my parents. We have spoken to many guests and so many are customers that have been 4 or 5 times before and I'm not surprised at all as it really is a wonderful hotel.

We stayed here in sept with our friends the hotel is just so good from the rooms to the delicious brakfast and dinner at night so much choice all the staff work so hard to maintain the standards it was just perfect needless to say we are going back next year cannot wait well done to all see you all soon

Marbella Hotel is great. This is the third time we have visited this hotel. The first time we had a balcony view, then after that, we just took the rear view. Once you have sunbathed on the beach, the sun arrives there later in the day and its lovely to sit there and take in the last of the sun. The view is not the same, obviously, but no noise after 11pm. The hotel at the rear of the Marbella does play music for their guests, but as I said, not after 11pm. Marbella Hotel staff are very helpful, friendly and work so hard, always with a smile for a guest. Ferhan is in charge of the beach area and he has got a great system and is so efficient, professional and friendly. The best food we found in the vicinity of the Marbella Hotel was the hotel itself.
