"Hotel is newly opened on 22 May, and the facilities are still very new. Water pressure is great and towels/sheets are all very clean. The hotel is amongst many eateries, massage parlors and just a stone’s throw away from the Sunday night pasar malam. However, the soundproofing is generally quite poor, we could hear the Neighbours slamming doors and all the noises from the streets - ear plugs are a must-have for light sleepers."

"We’re surprised to be assigned a connecting room despite our booking request for a quiet room on a high floor. The soundproofing was inadequate, allowing us to clearly hear the guests next door, including their conversations, coughing, farting, and even the use of the toilet, which was quite disturbing and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. It seems the soundproofing issue is mutual, as we believe they could hear us as well. We suggest that connecting rooms be reserved for families needing multiple rooms while maintaining privacy, or that guests be consulted beforehand to ensure they are comfortable with a connecting room arrangement. Additionally, we noticed that no indoor slippers were provided in our room. While this was not an issue initially, the floor is not carpeted, and we later observed that other guests had been provided with indoor slippers. We requested slippers from room service, providing our room number when asked, but unfortunately, they were still not delivered. The hotel is clean and a great location if you are going to Permas Jaya to find local affordable food. However, the service is inconsistent and needs to be improved."

"The cleanliness was okay, but they used too much cleaning solution, which made the floor a bit sticky. I've been staying here for a few months now, and it was better when I first moved in. I hope it doesn't get worse."

"Came for a friend’s wedding in the area so decided to stay here due to the location. Did not have much expectations of the hotel but was blown away by the wonderful staff! The rooms were clean and decent, bathroom was small but clean and easy to maintain. Bath foam and shampoo were provided in the wall dispensers and bed was clean and comfy. Location wise - the hotel is very close to many eateries and amenities in the area. There 24 hr dining at Osman (mamak), 7 eleven. Great noodle spots like RMB noodles, fancier cafe like Grumpy Goat, breakfast spots like Hua Mui across the road. But it’s the super friendly and helpful staff like Dona, Vivi, Gugum and Fiqa that made a huge difference to my stay! They made me feel welcomed with their smiles and positivity whenever I step through the door and to see them taking care of each other when they were working gave me a feeling of great family spirit. Definitely worth the stay!"

"I would say the location is good; it’s about 20 minutes drive to downtown Johor Bahru. There are some restaurants and an Aeon Mall near the place. The room was fairly good it’s spacious but a bit old, and there was a recurring problem with our water heater. We told the reception staff, and they were quick to fix it."
