Beautiful location awesome property we loved it. One improvement can be, include Indian food in their breakfast buffet and Dinner buffet so that we don't end up disappointed with food next time with which we were quite disappointed this time. If not authentic Indian food atleast veg pizza will work, as most of the Indians like pizza.

just returned from a fabulous 10 day stay here. don't be put off by the weird random bad reviews - yes there are a handful of (well behaved, non threatening) dogs that mooch around the complex, yes the lagoon is man made rather than a natural feature (and none the worse for it), but overall we've had,an excellent stay - whirlpool suite was clean & comfortable, food excellent at Kot Nou & Coral (included in all incl but you'll need to book up when you arrive), main buffet restaurant pleasant if not spectacular, we LOVED the rotis for lunch every day at the street food cabins, tons of space on beach & by pool, no stress for sun beds & hammocks, very pleasant friendly staff (special thanks in particular to Joel, Ranveer & Reena who took care of us), had a good massage too in the spa. overall very happy & relaxed!

It was a wonderful experience, the hotel is not really woau in terms of cleanliness, the food is quite Ok but should be more diversified, especially the Fish which was good, but the same assor**ent every evening. On the other hand, the staff is very ok, no matter what problem you have, they solve it and they are very kind. And I want to say that the Soul of this hotel is a young man named Kheswar, who we thank for giving us the chance to know him. He is a wonderful boy who knew how not to make us feel wonderful at this hotel, he taught us to dance, told us and guided us what we can visit in Mauritius, we did the best gymnastics in the morning the pool and we played the most beautiful volleyball in the water. All hotel employees should be like Kheswar. If you get to this hotel don't leave until you meet Kheswar.

Our first immediate reaction to the lagoon attitude hotel was wow! What a beautiful place! We immediately felt chilled the moment we walked in. The hotel itself is very beautiful and has a lovely layout. The tropical gardens are stunning and kept immaculate. The flowers and plants are stunning. Unfortunately we had a couple of negatives. The first being the drinks and cocktails. You immediately think of sipping beautiful cocktails in a nice glass overlooking the gorgeous ocean. But nope. We got handed a "cocktail" in cheap plastic beakers. What a way to ruin the a**osphere. The drink itself was diabolical. Undrinkable. Having made a complaint, the managers did come immediately to try and rectify the situation, to which yes the drinks taste did improve a little, but still in plastic beakers. The quality of the drinks also varied so much. Despite trying to explain this nothing really improved. I appreciate plastic cups were used near the beach and pool. But this is an adults only hotel. Not a benidorm club hotel. The bar staff though at wave & seabreeze were absolutely wonderful especially Anurag & Tarun. They were both so attentive and knew all our drinks orders off by heart. And would regularly check we were all OK. It was absolute joy to chat with them. Thankyou so much for your kindness. We wish you all the best! One reason we chose this hotel was because it had buffet and alacarte restaurants all included. However the lunch time coral restaurant was never even an option it was always closed. Extremely disappointed as the menu looked lovely. We tried to book for dinner but told it was fully booked. So we never got that either. The buffet restaurant was very hit and miss. The food itself was always good. However the choices were very lacking and the food was very samey. We had a couple of waiters and waitresses who were absolutely fantastic. The others were very slow and unnattentive. There seemed to be a large presence of staff but they didn't really seem to be doing anything. You could be waiting quite a while for drinks or plates to be cleared despite there being numerous staff wandering around. The buffet resteraunt area was extremely hot and stuffy. My husband has a severe nut allery. Which we spoke the the hotel prior to even booking. And then once booked we noted this several times with them. The dessert section of the buffet choice was practically all nuts! Very little choice of dessert without nuts! And on the rare occasion there was they were almost touching the nutty deserts so too risky. One day there was a mis labeled pudding which we fortunately spotted before he consumed it!! Really not impressed at this point! Management immediately rectified the labels. But this obviously left us worried. We came here for our honeymoon and the place is amazing. The whole resort is just beautiful and the staff are so friendly. I want to do a massive shoutout to Kheswar who made our holiday memorable. Even though me and my husband and quite shy, kheswar still got us involved and introduced us to loads of people and got us involved in different games. Nothing was too much for him and he was always making everyone smile. All the restaurants at the resort always had amazing food. We especially enjoyed Kot Nou which just had an amazing a**osphere with all the staff. We definitely want to come back to this resort in the future.

Lagoon Attitude is a wonderful and very special Hotel. We would like to mention Krishna and Reenafrom from Kot Nou Restaurant, who made it possible, that we were able to eat at this realy delicious local restaurant, allthough it was completely booked. My husband had to eat a special diet and the employees made sure, that his menu was accordingly. We were even invited to see the kitchen and complement the cook. Thank you guys very much for a wonderful last evening in Mauritius.

Very nice Hotel located on a very nice place with no traffic noice and including very nice beach. Great restaurants which offers very tasty food for everyone. Pool area clean and peacefull. Rooms where nice snd everyday cleaned. The staff at this hotel is always providing best service one can ask, with smile and very nice attitude. Me and my wife will really give very good value of the holiday spent there.

Excellent food at Kot Nou restaurant. The staff Krishna, Azagen and Reena were extremely attentive and were excellent. The food was exceptional with thanks to the Chef Tina and Swasty. Thank you very much. Cannot wait to return later in our holiday.

Me and my wife spent our honeymoon here(7 days) and here is our honest review: But before that, here are some names of staff members that went above and beyond to make our trip special. Taron(Waiter at Coral), Aiden(Waiter at Buffet), Akshay and Akhilesh(Restaurant manager? sorry we misspelled his name haha). These four were just outstanding in their service and how they met us everyday. Summary: Our stay here was MAGICAL and we would without a doubt come back. We'll probably never go anywhere else on Mauritius when it comes to where we're staying for our visit. Below you'll find our top 3 positives and negatives. And below that is some positives and negatives about each aspect of our stay. + Service was outstanding! + Everything everywhere was always perfectly clean. + Big shout out to kitchen staff att Lemongrass who were first class in their delivery! - Many times the room service did not take away all dirty dish and dirty towels. We actually had to prepare everything in order for them to fix it while we were away. - Cold gluten-free bread... All bread should always be warm. Not okay. - One staff member at the buffet was rude to us and many others we saw. THE ROOM (Suite, room number 1001): + Very clean. Everything worked properly. AC was nice when it got too hot. - No particular view from the room, which never bothered us at all. You have to bring your own snacks to the minibar which was not appreciated. THE FOOD: So first of all. On your first day you want to go and book your evening dinner for everyday at one of the restaurants. Every lunch is gonna basically be at the buffet and the dinner will be at the buffet IF you have not booked an a la carte restaurant. The options for dinners are lemongrass, kat you and coral. We recommend Lemongrass. If we could have done our week again we would have done Lemongrass every evening. We would have skipped Kat nou. And we would have skipped Coral, but that's simply because we like the Lemongrass food better. So don't skip Coral. In general the food was amazing all over. + LEMONGRASS WAS AMAZING. And the staff there were outstanding. + Buffet was really good everyday with loads of choices. - Kat Nou removed our table when we were 10 minutes late and the restaurant had barely any guests there, they had us wait for no apparent reason. I guess it was because they removed our - One male staff member(waiter, young guy) at the buffet lunch and breakfast was absolutely terrible. Sarcastic in a negative way, never looked us in the eyes, seemed uninterested to help, basically gave us a feeling of him not even wanting to work there. NOW he was definitely an EXCEPTION... all others were absolutely amazing! So we did not really mind him. But he should be fired. THE STAFF: - One guy at the buffet. Already mentioned. - One woman at the towel stand just gave off a real depressing vibe. (There were two women there, the other one was fantastic) + ALL STAFF IN GENERAL WERE AMAZING!!!
