Good generally, with incredible bedrooms. Hotel management and training needs improving as do the facilities, but am sure they will get there. The rooms are absolutely stunning, modern, exceptionally clean, and with a beautiful private pool. The rooms are undoubtably the best bit of the hotel. The kitchen and restaurant staff were very attentive and kind. And the food was delicious. But we got the impression some staff needed better service training, and I didn’t see anyone from senior management in the hotel throughout the stay (although I was only there two nights/over a weekend). I understand the hotel has new ownership, it has all the potential to be fantastic, and we are very grateful for the time we had as a family there

Nice place - friendly staff - nice food Overall very nice experience Room was great - bath tub - and personal swimming pool - heated at the right temperature - spa great - hammam and hydrotherapy was great

Very good stay at Le Jadis.. staff is friendly.. I would highly recommend to all the couples and family as well.. Rooms are very nice.. It was pleasant stay.. I would really appreciate staff Kiran and chef Rakesh.. They made are stay more comfortable by understanding our need..

The hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect if you wish to get away from noise and just relax. The private pool was clean and the food wad tasty (except for breakfast which was repetitive if you stay long). The restaurant staff is very nice, ready to help and very attentive. Unfortunately, on our last night we had a big lizard in our room and the manager at the reception did NOTHING to help. First, she sent the cleaner with an aerosole against insects who clearly, wasn't able to help. When I went the second time because my wife was very stressed, she announced there are no rooms available for us to change it and promised to send someone else. NO ONE came and my wife did not sleep the whole night while we had a full day of travel ahead of us. The attitude of that particular manager ruined the good memories of our honeymoon.

Room itself is amazing and front desk person is good. Everything else a disaster - dirty dishes all over the tables in the restaurant for hours. Even sat us at a table with a dirty dish on the table. I had to move it myself. - no one comes to beach to take your order for drinks or food - no towels for beach or gym. Most of the time have to ask and then chase people down to get it. - food is VERY bad and old tasting. I can’t cook but I would make better food. - service seems untrained - the beach faces a big town so shipping containers are in view everywhere - step on rocks to go in ocean - raised all of this during stay and nothing changed.

A fantastic place to relax surrounded by stunning views.The food is a delighte and the chefs are there on hand to cater for your dietary needs.All the resort's staff are charming courteous and go out their way to help your stay a relaxing one.You want a corner of the Indian Ocean that is simply paradise then this is definitely the place

Le Jadis Beach resorts and wellness 🏝️⛱️🏖️ était Mon vrai coup de Coeur depuis bien longtemps et j'ai réussi à realiser mes rêve. franchement rien a dire., Les staffs sont vraiment acceuillante , trés gentil🌷.. Surtout la Belle charmante receptionist Samantha qui m'a Bien accueuilli depuis Mon séjour à l'hotel jusqu'a Mon départ.. Elle était vraiment gentile, sincère serviable et bienveillant... Je la félicite pour son travaille merveilleuse qu'elle fait.💯🌹 La chambre est grande vraiment propre et lux 💥. La nouriture est vraiment délicieuse! Excellent table service! Le Barman aussi m'a vraiment accueuilli good job keep it up 👏🌷 Remerciement à l'équipe le Jadis Beach resorts pour cette accueil chaleureux et ce ne sera sans douté pas la dernier, je vais revenir bientôt 💥🙏🥰
