We were assigned with a room with small window and we can literally see the ppl at the next building. The people welcome us with chocolate cookie 🍪 😋. The room itself is nice and comfy.the location was good, with free tram bus stop within a few min walks. There are alot of food choices and supermarket around.the breakfast in hotel is almost same everyday. Can walk to yarra river to see beautiful view

Was put in a queen room that was noisy from neighbour’s mechanical plant and really small. Definitely less than the advertised 22sqm. The reception helped us to change to same type room at midnight which was kind. Room was much bigger…definitely 22sqm.

Nice & clean room. Friendly staff. Fast check in. Variety of food. Great stay. City view. Hotel was near & walking distance to restaurant. Easy to find food. Really enjoy staying here.

Great location though it can get quite busy and noisy there given it is near flinders station. Is in the free tram zone so it I convenient to get about. Has a gym that opens 24/7 so that’s great for gym lovers.

The room was a little small, nevertheless the staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast range was small but delicious. Convenient location.

The hotel is located in a central location with east access to the free city tram network. There are many great dining options in the vicinity. The rooms are nice and decently sized.

Good location. Room was quite small. No hotel toiletries provided was informed the same will be provided only upon request.
Reception staff not very hands on the hotel policies. The sparkling/spring bottle of water & cookies were given during checkin. We were informed that the water is refillable. Later when we requested for the same the night shift receptionist said that it will cost AUD5.00 per bottle.
For breakfast same food were served during our 4 days stay. Ms. Nos was very efficient, helpful and cheerful.
