"We booked a studio room, but quickly realized that not all studios here are created equal. We got the smallest studio as we consulted the floor plan. We didn’t ask for another room as we arrived after midnight, totally tired, after a long flight delay. The amenities were not as described here as well. There was no stove, thus no cooking utensils. We could only warm things up using the microwave. The location is near Queen Victoria Market, but 2 stops outside the free tram zone, so you have to pay or walk. Cleaning is only every 3 nights."

Don't be surprised, the carpark is actually apart of the corporate structure but it's separated from the main entity, assuming the reason is a tax benefit or a way to expound cost associated off-loading. Too be honest, even being from Melbourne it actually feels like everyone just wants another $50 for nothing.. Subpar service.. Subpar customer service.. Subpar kind of luxury, it would seem as if the place has forgotten completely about what it was born of.. Hospitality. Give it a miss."

There were absolutely no noise issues; it was very quiet, and we couldn't hear any noise from other guests. The elevator was super fast, so we never had to wait long. - Location: It's right next to the Bourke St tram stop, which makes getting into the CBD very convenient. - Parking: There's an indoor parking garage in the same building, making it easy to load and unload luggage. - Amenities: The room was fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, capsule coffee machine, and all sorts of toiletries. - Service: We encountered three different front desk staff members, and all of them were incredibly friendly. Any questions we had were answered quickly via message or email. Hope to have the chance to visit again! 💖"

The buffet breakfast is good value for money and delicious with choices of hot and cold breakfasts. The downside is that the bed is too soft for us. Also unpleasant experience with communication of hotel staff about the offer for a breakfast box in place of paid buffet breakfast which we can decide any time we were back for the day, was denied later saying this should be confirmed before 10pm. There was no follow up call or email despite the documented “unconfirmed” request. Also our request to grab something simple quickly was also rejected saying that it was a sit down breakfast and not supposed for take away. Not being helpful at all."

"Lovely vibes, cool chill areas, community bar and community events plus the staff especially the lovely guy who booked me in was Amazing. However it's a very crappy old building with Nil working properly showers and broken toilets. I had 1 night in a nice female room which I barely even saw as I was out and Tried to rest at a 2nd booking being shoved into a mixed smelly weird noisy dorm on a top bunk with ****** knocking on the door at all hrs, one guy snoring and another twat on the phone I told off. Was stressful and I hadn't a Warm shower in a working functioning bathroom in 2 days. Not returning. If you like noisy rude tourists and old buildings with no lift carrying your bags everywhere and no showers, great!"
