The Property was quite lovely. The staff was outstanding.
David the bartender was wonderful to deal with. However the bar needs a better selection of wine by the glass. Big reason very few people go to the bar.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay there.

Lovely hotel with easy access to the lake ferries. The back of the property is lakeside with lovely views. The pool is clean and warm, with plenty of sun loungers lining the area between the pool and lake. Breakfast was well organised, with plenty of choice. There is an outdoor eating area if you like alfresco dining. All staff were polite and friendly.

We had a pleasant stay and the staff were awesome.
My only comment would be that it rooms could use a refurbishing.

The breakfast was outstanding. Pool area and foyer was well kept. The rooms were out dated. The carpet, at a minimum, should have been replaced with tile or laminate.

lovely hotel, great location, staff friendly and helpful. Minor improvements suggested e.g. provide hair conditioner in bathrooms; have china cups for tea and coffee in bedrooms instead of paper cups; free bottled water would be appreciated in bedrooms.

This is a very nice hotel, rather grand in style and very well located for Menaggio and the upper lake. The staff are great and it is comfortable and spacious.

Lovely hotel from the waterfront. Breakfasts were wonderful and restaurant staff excellent. At check in, we did not feel warmly greeted at all. The staff seemed a bit too busy for us. We also needed their help because our luggage was lost for the first day, and we had hope that they would help us work with the airline, but there was no one to help us at the front desk at all. The rooms also are dated and the bathrooms very uncomfortably situated with the showers very small and the whole bathroom very dark.

Food and accommodation were very good. Excellent location. Bar staff a bit slow to serve which was a shame. The rest of the staff were excellent.
