Our room was very clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the the water in the shower was very hot no matter how it was adjusted. Aside from that, our stay was great.

Room was not clean, mold in shower, you can write your name in the mirror through the cloudiness, dusty!

We have stayed there multiple times and every time it has been cleaned people are really nice and it is very cozy. It is very close to restaurants and shopping and you can even get a haircut. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is not kept up as well as it was 8 months ago. To expensive for what is offered. Breakfast buffet is no better than Holiday Inn. With one exception you have to pay for it. I ask for a coke and hostess said could not be done. 😞

I love the plaza had so many options in walking distance. Friendly hotel staff and the hotel restaurant food is very good

In the last few years, every time I stay here, I regret it more and more. The place is so old at this point. Expensive with nothing great to offer. The bed sheets feel like sand paper and they don't smell clean and the bathrooms are extremely outdated.
