"The reception was fairly average. The room wasn't fully finished and had some architectural inconsistencies. Beach access through the hotel was closed during both of our stays (before and after our trip to Santa Antão Island). The staff were friendly and helpful but not yet fully settled in. The room had a sink in the bedroom; strange and not very pleasant (so much for privacy)."

Elise, the agent, was fantastic, spoke excellent english, so helpful with organising taxis & telling us information. She also organised a taxi guide when we visited Sao Antao, which is a must! Absolutely beautiful. The pool & the area around it was very clean & lovely & peaceful, sometimes just us. We would definitely go back."
