"It was a disappointing breakfast. It all started with me going to the wrong venue; I ended up in a room reserved for international tourists. It was a windowless room with shared seating. I wanted to enjoy a leisurely meal with my family, and although it seemed a bit expensive, I called the front desk beforehand to confirm I was in the wrong place. Before entering, I showed my room key, explained I didn't have a reservation and that I'd called earlier, and they let me in, but it was a room reserved for tour groups. The atmosphere felt different, so I asked about it, and they said, "This is also a room for international tourists, but we've charged you for breakfast." Who would willingly choose to eat in a windowless room with international tourists? I later learned that the regular breakfast was served on the courtyard terrace with individual tables for each family. At checkout, the breakfast location was listed as the regular restaurant, and when I explained I hadn't eaten there, they said it was fine since the price was the same, which I found somewhat unsatisfactory. I will never stay there again, but I wanted to warn others that they should be careful and take responsibility for their own safety."

"First, the breakfast is purely Japanese style, very small in quantity, and not palatable. It couldn't satisfy my appetite, yet the price was high, making it very poor value for money. Second, the room facilities are very old. The sofa was extremely worn out; the bed was old and dirty, which was disgusting to look at; and the additional sofa bed was a shoddy, poor excuse for a bed. Third, the hotel is far from the station, which is inconvenient. For such rooms and facilities, how can it be a five-star hotel? They must be mistaken!!! This was the worst hotel experience of our entire trip. Highly not recommended."

However, a special reminder for those driving: the parking lot is "COMBOX 310 Parking Lot," so it's advisable to confirm the exact location with the hotel before you leave to be on the safe side. This time, we had one adult and two children staying here for a 12-day trip to Ibaraki. Our suitcases were all 28-inch large, and the room space was still ample.
