At least six months ago, I booked a 5 day trip in Hanoi, complete with guide and driver. Part of our itinerary included a night at this hotel. We booked it with our travel agent and it was paid for. After a lengthy day in the car we arrived at the hotel expecting to be checked in. Unfortunately they (the hotel) had decided to cancel our booking in favour of a “more local arrangement). Needless to say our travel agent was completely unaware of this fact and our guide was left struggling to find alternative accommodation for us. All the hotel would say was that they had another hotel we could use but this was a 2-3 hour drive. Having already spent several hours in the car already that day, we decided against this option and, fortunately, our guide was able to find an alternative near by. Naturally, this was not of the same standard we we had been looking forward to. I appreciate circumstances change and the hotel may have had legitimate reasons for cancelling our booking but, my problem is, why didn’t they get in touch with the travel agent who would have had plenty of time to seek an alternative hotel and make a reservation before we even arrived in Vietnam. So, on the face of it, this looks a beautiful hotel but, as a result of their poor customer service and lack of communication, we never had a chance to experience it.

My wife and I spent a night here and found the service to be excellent. The staff are very nice. The bedding was very comfortable, the central air unit works perfectly to our liking, the bathroom was very clean. Snacks and beverages available in the room. We also tried the pool and sauna/steam room and had a very relax and enjoyable time there. I would stay here again next time I'm in Moc Chau and highly recommend to others.
