"The hotel itself was decent and quite new, likely a Trip.com-managed property. However, the Simmons mattress was surprisingly hard – I thought it was a renowned brand, but it felt just like a plank bed. Breakfast was okay, with noodles and wontons, and the sausages were particularly good; overall, a good variety. It's a bit strange why this hotel is rated five-star; at most, it's on par with a Ji Hotel. The oddest thing was their EV charging station, which cost 2.58 yuan per kWh. It's the most expensive I've ever seen in China, without exception."

"Well located. New but design clearly full of after thoughts. For example odd wires sticking out because of after the event design alterations. Toilet and shower doors are transparent which is quite silly. Even families staying together don’t necessarily want to see one another in the buff. Hotel is a work in progress with renovation going on. Free Chinese style simple breakfast provided which was a nice touch. Toiletries not the best quality. Still, probably one of the better hotels in rustic Mohe."
Mohe Youran Mountain Residence
"I had a wonderful stay in Youran. The rooms are in wooden but with modern amenities. The owner and wife are very friendly and providing a real great service. Youran also has a restaurant and the owner wife can cook very well. This brings convenient for guests so that do not need to walk out to look for foods under such an extreme low temperature. The location of Youran is convenience and at the center of Beiji Village. Few tourism points can be easily reached out by walk. And you could get a driver to drive you to attractions in Mohe. Youran can help to arrange a trustable and good service driver at a reasonable fee. As for the room, it is spacious, the cleanliness is very good and odorless. The heating system is excellence, I could wear T + short in the room comfortably and the water heater is 24 hours. I will come back to Youran again to experience Mohe different seasons. Highly recommend Youran for travellers plan to visit Mohe!"

"The hotel facilities are complete, featuring a smart Xiao Du speaker for control, and it's very clean and comfortable! No need to worry about the cold either; Mohe's heating system shuts off quite late, so the indoor temperature is just right, plus there's air conditioning! Being close to the food street makes dining very convenient, and I tried a few nearby places that were all pretty good! I'm very satisfied! The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and helped recommend places to visit in Mohe, as well as good places to eat (●°u°●) 」The parking lot is very convenient and free! And you can even self-wash your car, which is really great! Highly recommend!"

"This is a very exquisite guesthouse. The owner's attention to detail is evident in every design and item. The experience was excellent! The owners are also incredibly kind, providing thoughtful amenities for every guest, such as heated insoles, frozen pear drinks, and hand warmers. You don't have to worry about not having enough to go with your own supplies. They even brought thawed frozen pears for us when we returned in the evening – so heartwarming! I'm increasingly enjoying choosing guesthouses these days; it feels like having friends in the local area. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Wishing the owners great success and prosperity!"

"The sanitation is very clean, the bed is very soft and comfortable, the boss is very good, very enthusiastic, told us the precautions for our visit in the Arctic Village, and told us to find her at any time. "I stayed here at the beginning of my 20 day self-driving road trip around Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. This stay was a perfect way to start my trip. The welcome and hospitality from the stay was very much appreciated. The room was comfortable and warm, with everything I needed. Breakfast was very tasty. The accomodation has coffee at reception if you drink it, but it is an extra cost. I rented a Tank 300 for my trip and was uncertain how it would perform in the low temperatures. So, I messaged the boss if I could use his garage. When I arrived, it was waiting for me for 50 RMB a night. I parked up and had my own garage for 2 nights. The location is the other side of the river from the town centre. The walk is peaceful, the river in its frozen form is very nice and can be walked on or along. There are plenty of restaurants next to the hotel too, and the boss recommended some to me when I arrived. One improvement would be to tidy up after the dogs/cats outside. It can be seen and smelt and would be better if it was cleaned up. I am now nearing the end of my trip. I have driven thousands of kilometres, visited many towns and villages and met many guesthouse, hotel and hostel owners. Yet I will always remember the start of my journey at this guesthouse fondly. Thank you."

"The Hanting Hotel is brand new, clean and tidy, with a beautiful snow view from the window. The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but the food is quite good, especially the braised noodles. Mohe County is small, making it easy to walk around. Highly recommended."

"Let me start by saying that the overall management and service in Beijicun were utterly appalling. Hotel service? Forget about it. The cleanliness was shocking. The TV was broken, the toilet seat was damaged, and the shower head was faulty. The staff's response was that they couldn't do anything about it because 'it's always been broken'... The towels were so stained you couldn't tell their original color, and to make matters worse, the sheets and duvet covers were also a dingy yellow. After traveling through the three northeastern provinces and then Inner Mongolia, Beijicun was by far the worst place I encountered."
