"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so warm and friendly, the room was cozy, and we loved the terrace. The location was also perfect, right in front of the Moltrasio ferry terminal. We left with such great memories and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Como. Thank you to all the lovely staff😊"

"Stunning property, fantastic food. Service was very average, spiders in the room (x5), suit was ruined during turn down service (which the hotel fixed at my insistence) - there was also absolutely no accountability or apology for any of the above or for locking us out of the property for 30 mins after a boat ride organised by the hotel. Not what you’d expect after paying EUR1300 a night."

"The hotel has a good location, right next to the pier. There's parking available for €10 per day; with pets, it was €15 per night. The restaurant is Michelin recommended and quite good. The hotel is a family business, so the breakfast was okay. The rooms are a bit old and had a slight musty smell. The service was excellent, but the dishes we ordered didn't match the menu several times; they probably didn't understand us. Lake Como is right outside the hotel."
