"Nice hotel located in a great natural environment. The rooms are spacious but quite cold if you come in winter time or in a summer cold evening. There is no heating in the room. Breakfast is decent but lacks variety. The SPA is paid as an extra and it’s outdated. Too expensive for the quality of the service."

We had to wait over four hours before we could check into our rooms, even though the agency had promised punctual occupancy. Absolutely terrible, and for us, a reason to no longer recommend this hotel, which isn't very guest-oriented, even to the tour operator."
