The hotel has its own parking spaces, so we booked it. Come there is a small adventure. But it's going. Point 14:00 we were there, but only 14.15 someone came from the reception. We paid the parking space and got the room card. We had booked a superior room. The room was in the first floor (without lift) almost directly above the entrance. The room was very large and bright. TV, refrigerator table and very good beds. The bathroom is a disaster. So small, you can hardly get to the toilet. After the shower, the door must be open because you have no space to dry inside. The hotel is super just a short way down to the marketplace. In the night it was very quiet, true maybe also due to the extremely cold and bad weather. Oh yes, the room was quite cold, but hardly the heating was turned up, it was. The price is certainly very low and we usually book a higher category. That's why we didn't expect so much from the hotel. But it was perfectly okay for one night. Breakfast we enjoyed in the village.

I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about this hotel or location insofar as location, cleanliness or staff. In fact, the breakfast was so far superior to ANY Hampton at home (in US) as to be comical. Huge assortment of choices. The room was huge, quiet and very clean (think floorboards, bathroom tile, and closet!) Alas, they have (unfortunately) adopted the US practice of using COVID to cut costs. There is apparently no housekeeping on weekends, so they put a cart out with supplies. Give me a break. The ersatz fireplace in the lobby is silly and the sliding bathroom doors at European Hamptons continue to annoy. But overall, a very superior product

After all, it is five stars and the hardware is good. The room is big enough and the breakfast is rich enough, especially the friendly staff. The underground car park is very convenient, with 16 Euros overnight, and it is 16 Euros when you go in and out several times during the day. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel situato in pieno centro di Aechen nel mese di luglio e posso dire sinceramente di essermi trovato bene. La stanza era essenziale, pulita e confortevole. Colazione tipica bavarese dolce/salato. Unico neo la poca disponibilità di parcheggio. Sicuramente da prendere in considerazione per visitare la vivace cittadina tedesca senza eccessi affanni.
