"The Japanese-style breakfast was very delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. The location is far from the train station, but it is close to the company where I work. Since I had a Japanese colleague pick me up and drop me off, transportation was not much of a problem. However, it might be inconvenient for tourists. There is a very large electronics store nearby, as well as a 7‑Eleven, KFC, and McDonald’s, so it is a very comfortable area to stay in."

"This was my first time staying at Yard. It has all the basic amenities you need, so I don't think you'll have any problems staying there. Being able to access the room door-to-door from my car made it easy to carry my luggage, which was great. It's far from the neighbors, so I wasn't bothered by noise."

"I checked in at 8:30 PM, and was ready to go to the public bath, but was told that the reception closes at 9:00 PM. I was really disappointed, as the bath was practically my main reason for coming here. There were no hotel staff to be seen; the receptionist was casually dressed. Hotel staff not wearing suits? ? That was strange from the start. There was hardly any explanation about the time limit during check-in. Reluctantly, I went to the bathroom in my room. After washing myself completely and about to rinse, the hot water suddenly stopped. I asked my husband to contact the front desk, and after they checked, we were made to wait for a while. We shivered in the cold, and finally the hot water came back on. They made some excuse like, "We used too much hot water throughout the building today, so we ran out (??) and the water couldn't reach the 5th floor?" I was furious. There was no apology the next day either, and I decided I would never use this hotel again. The breakfast was also surprisingly disappointing. The quantity and quality were so poor it wasn't even worthy of a breakfast. I absolutely cannot recommend it. I was fooled by the size of the room. You should definitely avoid Hotel Livemax!!!"

"No one answered the bell at the reception desk no matter how many times I rang it, so I went back to my car and called the hotel on my cell phone, and someone answered. There was no one at the hotel between 9pm and 12pm, and there was only a piece of paper at the reception with a number to call if anything happened. There was nothing in the room that said anything about the hotel. If there are no pajamas, I wish they would write that when making the reservation. If it's a weekly mansion, it's better not to write that it's a resort hotel. If the kitchen is not available, I wish they would provide an explanation for that at the beginning. There was a constant clicking sound, and I was so scared that I turned off the lights and couldn't sleep. The air conditioner in the room also turned off in the middle of the night and it was cold. There was no spare futon. I was so scared of everything that I will never stay there again."
