I had booked a stay for two nights. The air conditioning was off for the entire second night. When the room got suffocating, I checked with the help desk. It is when they informed me that the air con has malfunctioned and will be available at 12 pm. They asked me to open the window for air. This was not an option as it's too noisy outside due to the proximity of the hotel from the train station and airport, and also there are no screens to the window to block bugs. Amenities are good in this hotel. Receptionists are friendly. But, the place is very old, they windows that are locked and we begged them to open it for us. Blanket was terrible, one of the worst one I have ever had. Location is not too bad, but I could have booked a place nearer the subway. In total it was worth the price.
