I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The floors were spotless and not sticky at all, which made the environment feel very clean and comfortable. The staff were responsible and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. I also appreciated that they contacted me a day before check-in to confirm details and shared the location map with pictures —very professional and reassuring. The location is convenient for visiting tourist attractions, and the price is quite reasonable. Tip for visitors: WeChat is the main communication tool in China, so I strongly recommend activating your WeChat account before arriving. It will make communication and even payments much easier.

The location and hotel itself is very nice. We booked the most expensive room with panoramic view. In the morning, due to our schedule we had to leave early at 7:00am… we asked simply for 2 coffee and 2 boiled eggs or some pastries take away, having the breakfast included in the price of the room. The answer has been “we only have you coffee cause our breakfast start at 8:00am”… so you wanna tell me that the chef, if the breakfast start at 8:00, at 7:00 is not in the kitchen preparing the food?!? I believe anyone can do 2 boiled eggs… even the ladies who received us in reception. The attitude was very bad. We asked for an adapter… they said “we don’t have”. The service was really terrible.

The view of this room was 10/10. And its nicely located near the most important sightings of Chongqing. Also, the building has an entrance where you can arrive in the subway station. Comunication with the owner needed use of google translator, but she was really kind and friendly. It was also possible to receive taobao packages. They are stored in a room in the plaza inside the building near the subway entrance Room had a kitchen, but no microwave and all kitchenware was missing. Maybe i! was important to ask the owner for these itens, but we didn't bother as all other things were perfect. We would really stay here again.

Siberpunk bir dünya ile motosiklet başkentinin birleşimi olan otelin lobisinde, metalik serinlik ve neon ışıkların birleşimiyle yüksek teknoloji hissi yaratan bir Ducati Diavel motosiklet bile bulunuyor. Uzay dinozoru temalı yatak takımları çok sevimli! Ponponlu ve püsküllü krem ​​sarısı bir çadır ve hatta bebek terlikleri ve diş fırçaları bile düşünülmüş. Lavaboda bile ayak taburesi var! Really nice hotel, new and very plush. Decor of hotel and rooms are very nice. Room was so large with many comfortable places to sit, nice looking out windows. Bed was little bit hard for us but ok. Linen is nice, towels nice, good shower, great amenities. Cleanliness was perfect, the cleaner was very friendly and pays a lot of attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful and proactive through messaging service in English. Nice having fresh fruit that was replaced daily. Breakfast was good with some options freshly cooked to order. Afternoon tea inclusions great but would be good to have some savoury options or alternate the sweets given. Would be good to have more information on English about bar or wine options. Room was very quiet. Location is great and central to get cabs around, just have to walk some steps from taxi but not far and they carry luggage but I feel sorry for the guy who has to carry them up and down the stairs. The place is really nice with a lot of character and very plush and comfortable and I would stay here again for sure. It’s much nicer than the very big hotel chains as there are only small number of rooms.

酒店環境很清幽，被綠植包圍着，直麪嘉陵江，空氣非常好，我們房間的温泉泡池有臘梅，這個時間含苞待放！酒店公共區域户外泡池與景觀結合得很好，其中溶洞泡池很有特色。從酒店走步道去金剛碑古村單程30分鐘左右，一路沿江走過去，步道也是精心設計過的，金剛碑古村也很好逛，裏面有一間不錯的茶室。栢聯工作人員服務很好，早餐廳服務很周到，重點説下我的房間管家owen 先生服務很棒，整個入住期間服務細緻入微，非常感謝！很好的一次入住體驗，會找時間再去遊玩的！

Stayed at this hotel twice during visit to Chongqing. It is centrally located with easy access to many tourist attractions within walking distance: Jiefangbei square, Hongya cave and Kunxing building. Yangtze river cableway is right next door, so is the entrance to Xiaoshizi subway station entrance 5A (Chongqing Rail Transport: Metro). You can easily get to Chongqing zoo, Ciqikou town, Eling park, airport or Chongqing east train station from Xiaoshizi metro station. Had a great views of Yangtze river (first stay) and Jialing river (second stay). Rooms were clean and comfortable.

前台和老闆都比較熱情，在景區裏面算是性價比非常高的了，價格非常的便宜，都能接受，而且房間的話都大都很寬敞，也很乾凈，總體來説非常的性價比高。然後吃的東西的話也比較豐富，這個價格這個性價比已經非常的合適了。呃，這個景區的話還是距離重慶非常的近，然後過來旅遊度假。週末的話是非常適合的。下一次再帶朋友一起過來。
