"We stayed here for 2 nights and, although the location and the staff were nice, the place is not as pictured in the images.
The pool had several cracks in the glass, which made it look not too safe. And the ethereal, instagrammable and clean look of the advertised images was an illusion we didn’t get to experience ourselves.
One could argue that the white-ish furniture is difficult to maintain without stains, but the issue is there were clear signs of lazy cleaning, dust, and easy-to-remove stains.
All in all, I still think the price is not crazy thanks to the location and the staff, but they can improve."

"Really happy with this hotel! Service was great, the room was clean and the view from the 38th floor was spectacular! No smell in the room and the bed was comfy. Spacious and a beautiful big bathroom! I would like to mention it’s a very busy building with many people using the elevators. It can take a while to get up and down so you’ll need some patience if you’re booking on a top floor.
Location is also perfect for those wanting to maximize their time in the city and surrounds of Chongqing. I’d book here again should I visit this city in the future."

Special thanks to our two cleaners Jingjing and Coco that took care of our room during our stay, and also to all the receptionists and stuff that helped me to send some packages to friends, as well as receive some orders from Taobao.

"Value for money stay. Spacious room with loft bed, spacious toilet and shower and the bath tub which faces the sky line. Amenities in the room are sufficient and replenished daily. There is also a laundry room which you can use. Its a little confusing to find the place as there are many other boutique hotels in the same building and drivers may not be familiar. Location is just next to Raffles City and subway with good choice of eateries in the vicinity. Getting around is convenient."

"very clean. for under 100usd i only got.half of the view, but you can get about the same amazing pics. elevators were confuaing to navigate because you have to switch elevators to go to the upper floors., but overall the money is definitely worth the experience. almosy a perfect experience (except the elevators, which apply a bunch of other hotels at least in this building).
front desk staff is very helpful. they do run a tight ship and try their best. they will do your laundry for you, and help you arrange package mailing in case you buy some bulky stuff and have to ship them bck home or to friends.

"Oh. My. GOODNESS! This place is amazing! The bed is big and comfy with soft pillows. The bathroom’s shower pressure is fantastic. The towels are fancy hotel-quality. There is a guitar in the room if you fancy playing. There is a bathtub if you wanna indulge. There is a projector if you want to watch something (though I highly recommend spending your time seeing the city as well as the 2 nearby UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Wulong Karst and Dazu cave temples). There is A VIEW of the skyline and the boats on the river. It is simply STUNNING. Every detail was carefully thought through to make it convenient and comfortable to the guest. I highly, highly recommend both this place and this city! Magical!"

"I would highly recomend this hotel for your visit to Chongqing.
LOCATION: it is very central, and by all the shops, food options, and walking distance to the tram cable car, the insta popular spot where you seem to be on ground floor but really on 22nd floor etc.
Note, it is 58th floor of the shopping centre.
Service: Absolutely amazing. Kang Kang our butler was so attentive. We have never truly taken advantage of a butler service offered by a hotel, but he communicated via wechat, checked in, and was very responsive. Thank you! I would also say the room cleaners did a fantastic job every day, replacing all amenities daily so we were never without! The girls at reception were so kind. Every time we needed help they would literally run to us to help. Although a small language barrier, they did everything they could to help and more. Everyone always smiled and waived whenever passing through the hotel.
Spa: great storm spa experience, never tried it before but would highly reccomend.
Special touches: it was my husband birthday, and they kindly provided balloons, flowers and a panda toy, which was very sweet.
Room: Absolutely amazing, great view, had a projector and an insane size bath tub! It didn't take too long to fill either. They also had a Japanese toilet!
As a whole, we were blown away by this hotel and the service! Thank you everyone."

Even on the 44th floor, the water pressure was strong, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s also located right next to a main road, making it easy for Didi or taxis to pick up and drop off.
The only downside is the lift situation during peak hours — the wait can be quite long and the elevators tend to get crowded, likely because the building is shared between hotel guests and office tenants.
Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it.

It is in the perfect location - actually in the same building as the observatory deck, so very convenient to dress up and go up to take some sunset and night pictures with the skyline. They have laundry facilities and provide soap. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. They don’t provide normal linen bath towels but instead provide disposable towels which is more hygienic. The girl at front desk was always smiling and happy to help. Other commenters says there is poor soundproofing and the A/C is loud but we didn’t feel that way in our room. We stayed for 6 nights and we are very satisfied. We got a normal city view room and still saw a bit of the river, but I saw the view from one of the river view rooms and it was beautiful! Splurge and get the river view if you can.

Room is spacious and cosy, beds and comfortable and we slept well throughout our stay here.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Breakfast spread was wide too and foods were generally yummy. Good if they can rotate a few dishes daily or once in 2-3days. During our stay we had the same breakfast dishes throughout the period and after the third day, you will feel a bit ”boring”.

The aircon kept increasing in temp up to 27C although set at 20C...when informed, reception said it was centralised and nothing can be done... Just switch off the aircon and open the window! - so why put aircon control in room in the first place?
No sign in English for foreign tourist to find this hotel therefore confusing to find as there are 3 hotels in the same building!
The windows are NOT cleaned, so although I had the bridge view due to the dirty windows, it was NOT worth the price.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.
What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. Thank you, Mr. Fung, for your exceptional hospitality!

MMisafir KullanıcıThis is a serviced apartment and I booked 2 x two bedroom River view apartments for my family of 6. We are from the UK and Hong Kong. The apartment was very spacious 128 sq metres with big living room, dining room, kitchen, separate laundry room, master bedroom + en-suite and walk-in closet and 2nd bedroom with bathroom. The view of the river was amazing. The property is right by the riverside in a relatively quiet area and next door is a police station. Chongqing is a very heavily populated city and it was somewhat of a relief to come back to a more peaceful area. It’s very safe and behind the property about 10 mins walk up the stair route is a shopping district. Note: this is a serviced apartment and there are families who live here on a longer term basis. I didn’t notice any big tour group style guests either. It’s not a huge famous branded hotel, so you need to carry the name card and address of the property to tell the taxi drivers.
The breakfast is a simple buffet style. More continental style with a few more hot add-ons like dumplings and eggs. You can also order takeout and the it will be delivered to your room via a robot!
The front desk staff are very helpful although they don’t really speak much English. However, they do try to use a translation app and we were able to converse. They would give us recommendations on tourist hotspots and detailed explanations on how to get there by public transportation. The staff may not be so international, but they are friendly, helpful and kind hearted if you give them some patience. I must commend Nancy from front desk for helping me to courier a jacket which I left in the wardrobe after check-out. It was delivered back to my home in Hong Kong the next day. Much appreciation for her texting me in English and having such a helpful manner.
I was able to use the washing machine/dryer for my laundry and found it thoughtful that they provided a sachet of washing powder. The appliances : fridge, microwave, washing machine, electric hobs are all good quality Siemens, Electrolux. Whilst the property is slightly dated, the decor of the rooms themselves are comfortable and clean and had the sense of quiet luxury. I would recommend that they put in a better quality of shower curtain to keep up with the rest of the decor. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels refreshed daily too. They don’t have cotton buds or cotton wool, toothbrush etc. in the bathroom trays like the do in normal hotels but the front desk do give you a set of toothbrush upon check-in. I believe this is something to do with an eco-friendly policy.
My family members used the pool facilities in the mornings and found it to be big enough for a good swim. The only thing they were not used to was lack of a life-guard manning the pool and also the sauna and steam room were a bit dated.
Overall, a very positive experience and good value for the price. It is like a home away from home and excellent for families who want to be together, yet also retreat to their own rooms.

HHuixuanLRoom was clean and big. The bed is comfy and big. They have no tv in the room but with the projector, so you can link it with your iPad or phone to project out your video or drama. This was good for me , because I am a movie lover 😁 There was a side view of the river. It was very near to the famous attractions such as Hong Ya Dong and Jie Fang Bei. From the 1st floor of the hotel turn right can walk to Hong Ya Dong. For Jie Fang Bei, take the lift to 22nd floor walk out from the building , is near to Jie Fang Bei.
