"我搭電梯和樓下抽煙時問了幾個住客。全都是一樣的問題。隔音超級無敵差。晚上聽到開門聲結果是隔壁間的。以為自己的門被開了。走廊上走路的聲音都聽得到。跟櫃檯反應。抽屜內有耳塞（真的很貼心喔^_^）鄰近快速道路也沒有完全用氣密窗。遮光罩只做一半。淋浴間部份完全沒有遮光。還做在床頭旁。廁所馬桶也正對床頭 廁所跟淋浴間中間隔著一張床。到底什麼意思？？？？冷氣不涼。還好有給電風扇 床也是史上最難睡。稍微動一下就以為有地震。朋友形容像在玩海盜船 這種飯店什麼到底怎麼得獎的。給五星好評送茶葉的人 你們有良心嗎？？？ 真的是住過史上最雷飯店"

"Not for shopping. Noticed this hotel seems popular with the locals and opened for day use hot spring. Nearby offer number of forest walking trails. Unfortunately 1N stay doesn’t is not sufficient to explore the area. Love the soothing tea available at hotel lobby. In-room hot spring & premium toiletries products are our favorites, Breakfast is good. Recommend stay for relaxation."

"I misread the description in Chinese so this was partly my fault for booking a rather shabby room! The staff were very helpful and friendly though, so that was really lovely. The location was great, and I could easily get around. The only thing was really the amenities inside the room for this room type was flabbergasting! In short, every item inside was just old and of bare quality. You can have old furniture but have the furniture well-maintained. To name a few, the slippers provided were torn, the inside of the fridge was rusty, and there was no shower curtain inside the bathroom! The price was within my budget during peak season and I didn’t want to spend more, plus all other rooms were full, so I didn’t have much to complain about my stay. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough. But objectively speaking for the price I was charged, it was definitely pricey given the quality of the room. All I can say is, the photos provided by the hotel were definitely adjusted heavily for lighting and colour. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay as the room fit my purpose for the stay. It was rather cozy. :)"

"トイレットペーパーの設置してある所が後ろで取りづらかった。トイレとシャワーとの境目が1/3ぐらいしかなくて使いづらかった。 到着が夜７時ちょっと前で遅かったのですが夕飯の準備をしてもらうことができとても助かりました。(豚肉の１人前ずつの鍋) 朝食はお粥、パン、野菜など豊富でお腹いっぱいになりました。 皆さんとても親切でした。機会があったらまた利用したいと思います。"

"地點位置就在麗寶outlet的附近，因為我們打算隔天要去麗寶樂園玩，所以找了一個附近的住宿，小朋友喜歡泡澡，這家的浴缸非常大，也很乾淨，館內有電梯，不需要扛很重的行李上下樓梯，整個環境都很乾淨整潔，前面還有太空艙的房型，之後也想來體驗看看，非常推薦"

"We had a great stay at Freshfields Hotel in Taichung. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, nicely maintained and very comfortable. While the location isn’t the most convenient, the hotel offers shuttle services that you can book in advance, which made getting around much easier. A heads-up for anyone planning to use the public baths: make sure to bring a swimming cap or shower cap, as well as a swimsuit. If you forget, you’ll need to purchase them at the hotel in order to use the facilities. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience!"

"Best resort in Taiwan and worth every penny. Highest level of service - it’s like being at a modern luxury ryokan in Japan except everyone speaks Chinese. Room design is brilliant, and one king room fit my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with a California king and a separate tatami area. The room has an epic view from every angle the moment you walk in the door and includes a private outdoor onsen connected to your bathroom. I noticed many private in-room onsens in Japan are diluted down, but this was spring fed. The public onsen was huge, extremely well maintained, and included a large walled zen garden with an adjacent sauna and cold plunge. I was lucky enough to experience this area all to myself with one other guest leaving as I arrived and another guest arriving as I was leaving. In China, this onsen would have comfortably accommodated 100 bathers. The spring water is not high in sulfuric content (doesn’t smell like rotten eggs), and the temperature is relatively mild - ideal for my family. Given the limited availability of the hotel online, I was expecting it to be more crowded. I got the sense that room rates are controlled to optimize guest experience, not profit, while staff are trained to ensure that customers never feel like they are being ripped off or “sold”. It seemed there were more staff than guests on site. I originally booked 2 rooms, and some of my family members couldn’t make the trip. We didn’t need the second room, and the staff were very gracious to refund and cancel the second room on the spot. When I’m back in Taiwan or traveling to a place where Hoshinoya does business, I would not hesitate to book again and make a special journey to stay at one of their destination resorts."
