"We Checked in late at abt 8pm. Our room was quite dusty and old. The bath tub was run down too. But after we feedback to the hotel reception, they had helped to arranged for a room change immediately and all was good after that. Thanks to the front desk folks for making our stay a pleasant one."

"I chose this hotel because it is a two-minute walk from Taichung station. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including the famous ice cream place Miyahara. The laundry room has two washing machines and two dryers. I chose a windowless room, it was a great size for one person, and I couldn't hear my neighbours."

"The location of this hotel is excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely tried to help whenever we needed anything. Unfortunately, the hotel itself has some significant issues. Our room had a strong mould smell that was impossible to ignore. This isn’t something that can be solved with air freshener or a quick spray by housekeeping—it points to a deeper moisture problem that requires a proper investment in repairs. Until that is addressed, it seriously affects the comfort of the stay. The food was also disappointing and well below what we expected. We also tried to book a massage during our stay, but every time we went down, there was no one there. The counter staff seemed unsure of what was happening, which made the experience feel disorganized. I want to emphasize that the staff did their best and were always courteous. The problems seem to be with the property and its management rather than the employees. With its excellent location, this hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs to address the mould issue properly and improve some of its facilities and services."

I'd like to share my experience and the experience of those who stayed there this time. I've personally dined and used the hot springs there. For the Taichung area, the hot spring environment is much better than other famous scenic spots. There's a wide variety of springs, and the food selection is quite rich. Plus, there's a parking lot that's easy to use, and it's quite close to downtown Taichung, so you don't have to travel far for a hot spring or an overnight stay. As for the guests who stayed this time, they felt the environment was great and the accommodation quality was worth a return visit. In fact, after their first visit, they specifically went back for a second stay."

"In-house hotel grand We stayed on a rainy day and the design of the room is covered with wooden wall paper (up to the ceiling!!) and fully carpeted floor. The musty humid smell once we opened the door made myself and my kid keep sneezing and couldn’t sleep properly. They don’t even have a purifier or dehumidifier with such unbearable air quality. I have booked the room type Elite room which claims to be 56sqm . But the corridor and the bathroom has taken almost half of the room size which leaves a small studio area.
