"The first impression of the hotel was fantastic. The grand entrance with its high ceilings gave off a welcoming and elegant vibe. The lobby also looked stylish and thoughtfully designed, which set a nice tone for the stay. A special mention goes to the young concierge who helped us with our parking and luggage. He was polite, efficient, and made a great first impression. We arrived slightly ahead of check-in, which is strictly from 3pm. Thankfully, the hotel provides access to the Fong Room while you wait. The space offers free drinks, light snacks, games, and a seating area. It was a really nice bonus, not something every hotel offers, and genuinely enhanced the guest experience. We booked three rooms but only two were ready when we checked in. This was a lapse in service, particularly since there was no apology or gesture of goodwill. Honestly, it came across as unprofessional and slightly disappointing. Another observation was the inconsistency between rooms. Even though we reserved the same room type, each had a different setup. One room was missing the couch shown in the listing and didn’t have a tub, while another had a small coffee table instead. That said, the rooms were stylish and comfortable overall. The scented foaming hand soap really stood out, surprisingly memorable! Breakfast was decent, with a reasonable variety. Despite a couple of service missteps, we’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking to stay near Feng Chia Night Market."

"Nice smallish clean room. Convenient location, a few minutes to rail station and tourist sights in crowded old part of city. Breakfast was set meal of sandwich & salad. one part that needs improvement is better attitude.from staff"

"Small room though not too tight. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and relatively new. Location was great with the night market 5-10 mins walk. Family mart across the street as well. Parking was little challenging underground with larger car. Recommend to park on Ground level. Breakfast was good with mostly Chinese cuisine. Would recommend for few nights stay. Longer stay may want larger rooms."

"Difficult to find at night. There's no signage outside that says ”Mulan” and there is no front door or desk. Instead, you walk up a driveway to find the office which resembles a guard shack. You must also let them know every time you return so that they can open the garage door to your unit, allowing you access to your room door. The room was very impressive. Huge and very luxurious. It's a lot space to clean, so I was not surprised that it wasn't spotless, but it was fine. The fish (minnow) pond was very tiny and barely noticeable in the corner of the bathroom. Lights cannot be controlled individually, instead there are set ”scenes” that you must toggle through. Some features in the room were simply not functional (i.e. the Music controls on the bedside table and some of the jacuzzi controls. The breakfast was a mixture of Mcdonald's-type food and traditional ********* breakfast. During my stay, the smoke alarm in the garage was low on battery and chirped all night. I told the staff the next day and instead of replacing the battery they simply removed it, however I could still hear chirping smoke alarms in other adjacent units. Overall it is a great value for the price, despite the few inconveniences."

"Booked this room for my daughter’s birthday. Very nice and spacious with amazing windows over looking the city. The room was very nice but a bit warm at night not very heated. Over all we enjoyed it and this will be the inky hotel I stay at while I’m here in the city."

"The location of this hotel was nice, we could walk and transit everywhere we wanted to go. The concept of the hotel was quite nice and different. The bathroom area is quite dark and could use some lighting, but besides that the room and bathroom seemed quite clean. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. There is some noise at night but I used earplugs and was fine. Overall had a nice stay at this hotel."
