"We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town."

"The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍"

"The owner is very kind and welcoming. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities provided were more than satisfactory. The bathroom was well equipped with a smart toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. As a Muslim guest, I truly appreciated that they prepared breakfast for us and ensured that it was halal, so there was nothing to worry about. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend this place. They even helped us arrange transportation whenever needed..just ask, and they are happy to assist. "We are a family of six staying at this resort and had a wonderful experience. The host was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The bathroom has hot water, which was very comforting in the cold weather. The resort is surrounded by beautiful scenery, including stunning frozen waterfalls. There are many fun activities available here such as frozen river fishing, ice skating, tubing slides, and more, perfect for families with kids. The resort provides no pork and no lard meals. They cook using vegetable oil and use separate utensils for halal food, which gave us great peace of mind. We ordered fish and vegetables, and the food was delicious. The price was very reasonable, only 312 yuan for 10 pax. For breakfast, we ordered egg fried rice at just 5 yuan per bowl. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, halal-friendly stay with beautiful winter activities."

"คุณป้าคุณลุงและพี่สาวน่ารักมาก อบอุ่นเหมือนอยู่บ้านเลย ทั้งไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องจองที่พักแล้วไม่มีรถไปทางพี่สาวลูกของคุณป้าช่ยดำเนินการเรื่องรถให้ จากฮาร์บินไปแวะsnow towe และเข้าพักที่snow valley คุณป้าทำอาหารอร่อยถูกปากมาก มาอีาการหารเช้าให้ทานฟรี ถังหู่ลู่มีให้กินฟรีทุกวัน มีสาดน้ำร้อน มีการใช้ภาษา Eng ได้ดี และคุณป้าใช้แปลภาษาได้เก่งมากๆ ห้องพักสะอาด ขากลับคุณป้าให้น้ำกับขนมไว้กินระหว่างเดินทางด้วย ที่พักใกล้โคมแดง และเวที เดินเล่นง่าย อยากให้คนไทยมาช่วยกันอุดหนุน เพระาโฮมสเตชาวบ้านเค้าอยู่ได้เพราะนักท่องเที่ยว"

"Service: very good. They reply really fast and really helpful. Before, during and after the staying, they really helpfull. Activity: they prepare activity for free which is tanghulu making and water splash ( which trow water and it turn into ice for great picture) The surrounding: the view is really pretty and it near convinient store and restaurants. Infront of the hotel have place to play snow, it not beside the main road so it safe to play there. U can walk around at night and take pretty picture. Extra service (talk to the owner, not include with hotel price, need to pay extra): 1. we need to eat halal food. Since there no halal restaurant here, the hotel cook for us (lunch & dinner) 2. They help us book transport from harbin city to here and from here to harbin city 3. They help us book the horse ride to watch the scenery"

"不是託，遇到了一個服務堪比壁咚的好房東。吃喝玩樂樣樣周到！（説實話，一開始以為遇到了zp集團）吃：阿姨廚藝一絕，圖片的魚，別看它大，肉質很嫩很肥美喝：我們有點小酒癮，想着環境那麼好，看能不能煮個熱紅酒，襯託聖誕的氣氛，房東一聽！居然買了一個600多塊的圍爐煮茶給我們，絕了！玩：雪之谷離民宿很近，叔叔還開車載我們去玩，太棒了！而且民宿外還可以潑水成冰、放煙花、跳舞拍照～巨爽樂：叔叔阿姨很熱情，環境很乾凈衞生，設備很齊全程住宿體驗非常好～"
