Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort.

Phenomenal experience, outstanding [free] upgrade, superb staff! The service was over the top, always making sure I had more than I needed. This hotel would have earned 5 stars had the pool been open, the dinner buffet been available and everything had worked in my room. That said, I’ll be back, as I loved it. Immaculate service tops all. Oh: the beds are firm. Not hard, just firm.

I had the best stay at this hotel! It's like the best service I've ever encountered in china. Staff were really helpful, responsive and kind from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and the drivers. My kids and family fell ill when we arrived, so really thankful for the staff they even helped to cook porridge for my kids as they wasn't able to eat well. Big thank to cleaning aunties, receptionist, hotel staff and the drivers who sent and picked us. Oh and not to forget the rooms and the whole ambience was really nice too. Everything was clean and with smart features

The Jiangyin International Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering a wide range of delicious food and incredibly helpful staff at the reception. My friends and I chose to celebrate my friend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, greeting cards, and a beautifully decorated bed. We were truly grateful for the complimentary treats and excellent service we received during our stay. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiangyin.

This hotel is located near the factory I was visiting. Across the road are a couple of convenience stores, with Wanda plaza being a few blocks away and we didn't manage to visit. We did walk a block away to a local grocery store where we picked up some local treats and even stumbled across a good korean BBQ restaurant. The hotel itself - pros: I liked the room I was assigned, it was very clean, had a bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of water, teas and coffee, desk to work on, spacious bathroom and it didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good/decent quality. We were entertained upstairs in a private function room with a 15 course dinner, which was excellent - service, quality of food and display of the food. I didn't use any of the other facilities so cannot comment. Cons: The mattress is VERY firm. They allow smoking in the hotel, so the lobby wasn't pleasant if people decided to have a smoke. Thankfully my room did not smell of cigarettes, although there was an ashtray and matches.

國慶全家出遊，選擇了攬雲谷，酒店建立在山林之間，羣山環繞，非常適合休閑度假，我們訂的是白馬三居，在山上需要短駁車上山，酒店服務還不錯，會提前➕微信，需要短駁車響應也很迅速，酒店太大啦，沒有短駁車確實不太方便去各個地方，訂的房間總體還整潔乾淨，就是在山上，不免會有些小昆蟲，哈哈哈門窗一定要關緊，就是有個小插曲，第一天晚上洗澡，三居別墅的樓上浴室開始漏水到了樓下，馬上聯繫酒店，立馬派了師傅來檢修，後面溝通下來還是給我們換了房間，換到了懸崖房，之中的各種溝通還比較順利，對於酒店的解決方案我們也認可，畢竟出來玩嘛，不能壞了心情，也算是體驗了不同的兩種房型啦，另外，酒店的雲頂西餐廳牛排套餐非常不錯，可以嘗試。早飯也還行，品種算豐富的了，就是西餐廳的空調不太涼快，可以改進一下哈

I highly recommend this hotel. All staff members were very polite and helpful. My room was very comfortable and very clean. The location is very peaceful. I enjoyed the views of the nearby mountains from my room (318). I enjoyed exercising in the gym. I was very thankful for the excellent laundry room, equipped with Samsung washing machines and Samsung tumble dryers. I was very thankful for the excellent air conditioning system. The whole experience was excellent. Thanks to all the managers and staff members.

Cleanliness: Decent. The floor still felt a little dusty and dirty. The bed sheet has afew strands of hair. Otherwise, the room is relatively clean Location: It’s is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from 三阳广场 (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to 锡上MoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working. Service: We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasn’t ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back. Amenities: The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient. Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

Staff were nice and willing to help with questions. The place itself was a little difficult to find in the dark and not well signposted etc. the escalator up to 3rd floor is not working but there is a lift around the back of the building. The room was clean, with good air con and heating and the bed comfortable. The room was a reasonable size - good amount of storage and a good shower - no real seating area. All in all a positive experience - it is what it describes itself to be - an aparthotel room at a good price - the Ritz it is not and the development is still not completely finished and fitted (like much of this part of Wuxi) I would say but the parts you use (apart from the escalator) are good. There is a big modern shopping mall about 20-25 mins walk with food court and restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc.
