"I absolutely *have* to give a shout-out to Songpin Hotel! This is seriously an underrated gem. The hotel's environment and scenery are breathtaking; the entire place feels like a serene Jiangnan garden – so peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. We stayed in a standalone villa, and the room was incredibly spacious, fully equipped, and supremely comfortable. With kids, they could easily spend the whole day playing in the room without getting bored. A special commendation goes to the hotel's service. Every single staff member was so friendly and enthusiastic, making us feel right at home. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely choose to stay here again! (We originally planned to stay for just one day, but as soon as we entered the room, we immediately extended our stay for two more days!)"

"The hotel is located a short walk away from the metro. There is also a nice park nearby for running. Unfortunately there are no malls or anything nearby. Lounge had limited variety of food, but the quality was awesome, with lobsters and crayfish. Their cleaner was attentive, placing a whole carton of bottled water in our room when she noticed we drank what was given in our room. Check-in was smooth and fuss-free."

"Unique Design: The hotel beautifully blends "canal memories" with an "industrial retro" style. Details like the lobby's bookshelf wall and gear decorations are full of character and tell a story. Excellent Location: The back door leads directly to Nanchang Street historical district. In the evening, you can admire the ancient canal boats and lanterns, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the lively area. Definitely worth another stay."

"I booked the Radisson Hotel in Wuxi on short notice. The front desk called me in advance to send me the hotel location, which was very helpful for me as a visitor from out of town. I checked in very late at night, and the room was quite nice, spacious and clean. I took a shower that night, and in the morning I tried their breakfast, which had a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall, I had a very good stay, and I would stay here again next time I'm in Wuxi."

"The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. It's very pet-friendly too; they even prepared breakfast for our dog! We booked three rooms for our family trip with seniors, and the hotel thoughtfully upgraded two of our rooms so all three could be in the same area. We really appreciate that! We'll definitely be back during the Yangshan peach season in the summer."

"The aunties who clean the guest rooms are very good, but the front desk is like a ****, only one room card is given to each room, and check-out is not allowed even one minute late. The hygiene aspect needs to be improved. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a pile of bird droppings next to the pool. Except for the door to the room, the doors and windows in the room could not be closed. There were cobwebs in the cupboard where the clothes were hung. Fortunately, there are many places to play, and they are all free, which is very suitable for lying down and raising children. You can get takeout, which is quite convenient."
