"I chose the Nikko Hotel for my trip to Wuxi this time, and the overall experience was fantastic – definitely a five-star review! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was incredibly polite. The front desk was efficient and even thoughtfully asked about my floor preference. Room service was very responsive; extra toiletries were delivered within minutes, making me feel right at home. The location is superb! It's right by the ancient canal, just a few minutes' walk to Nanchang Street and Qingming Bridge, which was super convenient for evening strolls and dining. It's also very close to Nanchansi Temple and Sanyang Plaza, easily accessible by taxi or subway. The room was clean and tidy, with spotless bedding, carpets, and bathroom facilities. The disinfection was thorough, so I felt very comfortable staying there. Although it's an older five-star hotel, the facilities are well-maintained. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too hard – so I slept very comfortably. The view was expansive, offering a lovely night view of the canal. The gym and swimming pool are also open to guests, so the amenities are complete. I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"I arrived in Wuxi for a business trip just before the Dragon Boat Festival. I got to the hotel late at night after several hours of driving and left in a hurry the next morning. Overall, I was quite satisfied. Randy, who checked me in, was very polite and professional. He covered everything from the hotel's features to parking and invoicing, and even told me I just needed to leave the room key when checking out the next day. The breakfast tasted good, with a decent variety, and the noodles were especially delicious."

"This truly lives up to its five-star rating! The lake view room was absolutely amazing, with Lihu Children's Park to the left and Lihu Park to the right. Even when I went downstairs for a walk after sunset, despite the heatwave, I felt completely at peace. The windows have mosquito screens, the room has an air purifier, there's mosquito repellent spray at the main entrance, and insect traps in the park area – everything is meticulously managed and serviced. This is the first time I've seen a hotel where you can buy flowers, it was such a pleasant surprise!"

"An excellent hotel! The room was spacious, featuring a modern Chinese design and smart systems. The hotel rooms are scattered throughout the ancient town, so you step right out into picturesque scenery. Hotel staff assisted with luggage during both check-in and check-out. We received welcome fruits upon arrival, and purple rice porridge was delivered as a late-night snack. Although the ancient town is small, the scenery is absolutely beautiful. It has all the elements of a classical Suzhou garden, and it's quiet with few crowds, making it perfect for a leisurely stroll and a deeper appreciation."

"Upon check-in, I was offered tea, and there were welcome fruits in the room. In the evening, I received a complimentary sweet soup, and a small gift upon check-out. The front desk staff, especially a young man, was incredibly helpful and friendly, proactively assisting me with my luggage during both check-in and check-out, which was a lovely touch! The room was very clean. There are two pools on the ground floor, one inside and one outside. A one-night stay includes two free refills, and the front desk generously gave me an extra one. I highly recommend using the outdoor pool; the water is very hot, so you won't feel cold even in winter. The indoor pool can feel a bit stuffy. They offer unique experience activities daily; this time I participated in a persimmon-themed handicraft workshop. The instructor was very patient, and my finished product looked great! This is also a pet-friendly hotel with many adorable dogs. I'm already planning to come here every winter for a private hot spring soak!"
