去霞浦小住兩晚，對比價格，年份，裝修圖，最終選了這家。就怕實物和圖片不符合先定了一晚，不過最終還是很有驚喜的，地理位置不錯，在東壁村一公里遠的虞東亭村，非常安靜，而且三宅行生也在旁邊，服務人員會提前安排好停車位，幫忙提行李，有一兩分鐘的上坡到坡上，所以海景非常好。酒店據説是小學校改造的，服務人員接待的很好，認真介紹了真箇民宿，非常大的觀景台，還有泳池，單獨的餐廳，廚師年輕但是水平非常優秀，據説是米其林餐廳的廚師，。給兒子單獨開的另外一間也很贊，衞浴設施高端大氣。泳池邊的茶室可以喝茶下棋提供了小摔炮小煙花太有意思了！！

對這家民宿非常滿意！從預訂到入住的整個過程都非常順利，房東的溝通效率特別高。民宿的環境很安靜，沒有其他人的打擾，讓我能夠放鬆身心，享受假期。房間內的設施都很齊全，而且非常新，親子房很大，全屋智能全部語音控制，還有就是霞浦的海鮮好好吃哈哈，照片是民宿走出去十分鐘海邊拍的

This is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

東壁村很美，洋陽民宿位置特別好，除了房間看海，還可以去大廳，餐廳的陽台，樓頂。服務好，辦理入住時候小哥哥給我們預留了民宿門口的停車位，並且升級了視野更好的房間，還送了水果，全家人東壁村之行特別開心。去的時間有點冷，早餐熱粥豆漿暖呼呼的，可以看出很用心經營民宿的一家人，特別感謝！ 設施：完備 衞生：乾淨漂亮 環境：特別好 服務： 特別好

I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget. The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. The location was also ideal—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it's a destination where comfort, beauty, and warm service come together to create unforgettable memories. 來到千尋， 似乎一下子都慢下來了， 可以躺在房間裏看大海閑雲， 可以迎着海風月夜享用美食， 這裏沒有汽車，沒有淘寶，沒有**， 衹有老友般的温度，淡雅的自由，嶄新的房間， 衹有來過才知道。 來北礵沒有錯， 住千尋，不猶豫。 這裏的風景不是其他的景區可以相比， 雷旗帶我們遊了後山，拍了東礵，看了星空， 還有海釣， 非常感謝🙏🏻 來北礵， 不虛此行， 住千尋， 一定要住2晚。 2晚才能慢慢融入。 老闆娘大美，小白好客，雷旗熱情，感恩相遇。

This hotel is a fantastic property. The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

民宿位置優越，停車方便，去哪裡都距離合適，左上一公里是東壁村，右下一公里就是三沙鎮中心，房間設施齊全，寬敞明亮，，特別喜歡泳池大露台休閑發呆的，服務到位，衞生也做的挺好，特別早餐挺棒一人一份制當地特色麪線糊，而且性價比很高，老闆推薦的趕海人出海捕魚，體驗不錯哦，海貨可以拍檔加工哈，下次有機會再入住

Great place for a relaxing holiday Rooms were big, they have ceiling to floor windows which offered great views of the sea It is a relatively easy place to find as it is the first building after turning in from the main road Staff there were friendly and helpful On the last day of our trip we accidentally left one of our jackets at a dining place 5min away from the hotel. We messaged the staff and they went to the restaurant to look for our jacket and helped to mail it back to us Will definitely be back again to stay at this amazing hotel

It is definitely THE place to stay if you are visiting Xiapu especially if you are travelling with a BIG group. The owners are extremely caring and pleasant. Our guest room on L5 is large, gorgeous and super clean! The first 民宿 that offers us a 55” television! Laundry machine and dryer are available on L6 with a huge veranda to air dry your clothes. The two electronic MJ tables were so inviting unfortunately we do not have enough players. Daily breakfast is provided, simple and enough to kickstart your day
