"服務很熱情，每天上下樓都熱情打招呼。團隊很年輕，很有激情。
位置也不錯，下樓就很多吃的，交通便利，幾分鐘就能走到大路上，打車方便。
床墊軟軟的，很舒服，是我喜歡的度。
一般的地方是，衞生情況一般。雙人間的其中一個廁所太小了，進去以後，坐下來如廁都幾乎沒有空間。
而且第一天入住，頭髮在地上，沒有清理乾淨。洗手枱的毛巾放的也不規整。
第二個是煮水的茶台上，有不明毛髮，有點小膈應。
陽台的桌子有印記，不知道是擦不乾淨還是漏了沒擦。"

The hotel is only 15km from Jiaomei Railway Station and 44km from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. This hotel is located near many of Zhangzhou's attractions including Jianfa Luyuechuan Children's Paradise, Jianfa Shanwaishan Hot Spring Park and Fujian Tianzhu Mountain National Forest Park Ticket Office. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Zhangzhou hotel offers parking on site. Guests tell us the location of this hotel is fantastic.

"Very reasonably priced apartment-hotel and the staff at reception are kind and helpful. The location is very pretty but the surrounding built-up area is a bit lifeless and I needed to order takeaway for dinner. The apartment was generally clean, though there was a lot of dust behind the bed when I moved it to get to the plug. There is a nice balcony and lots of space in the apartment. The kitchen has a kettle and some complementary tea, but there are no means to cook since the gas has been disconnected for safety reasons, and they provide no bowls, plates or cutlery, nor is there a microwave. They prove complementary breakfast but it was a sad affair and in my opinion you'd be better off going elsewhere - when I went down at 8.30 there were a few sad looking bits of corn and sweet potato, some boiled eggs, the very last bit of milk and three remaining tiny bao buns filled with red bean. Perhaps local people are satisfied but for a non-Chinese person I'd say you'll be disappointed."

"距離古城開車大約三四公里，步行大約1.5公里（建議喺城隍廟、南山寺兜過去比較近，但導航唔會叫你行E條路），酒店建喺新區，新區顧名思義冇咩商業，附近有個冇咩睇嘅博物館、藝術館！市政府都喺附近，應該喺新規劃嘅新區，隔離幾百米有個墓園、片仔癀工廠、城隍廟、南山寺！餐飲除酒店基本都要出去古城附近食！應該喺相應政府文件，泳池、温泉全部整修！房價幾大，有四五十方，可能因為喺封陽台變得咁大吧，所以D裝修細節差D，而且隔音效果較差（啱好碰上幾晚隔離都有小朋友，吵到十二一點，影響有D大）床喺1.5嘅，床墊算偏硬少許，但枕頭太軟，兩個都軟！衞生尚可，但浴缸應該冇點搞衞生！洗髮露沐浴露都喺片仔癀，所以都喺葯味！配雀巢三合一咖啡，差D，有大麥茶、茶具之類，又唔錯！夜晚有送水果，但數量質量差D，送嘅糖水，包裝唔錯，但味道相當隨意啊！服務態度算唔錯，可以贈送古城來回網約車，叫外賣有機器人送上來（不過有D慢），一樓大廳嘅咖啡角，咖啡冇飲，但西包比預期中好！總體感覺尚可，但隔音差D，服務態度有D熱情有D差D，配送嘅甜品水果咖啡茶包建議加強下，附近冇咩餐飲，距離古城唔算遠，周圍環境較安靜，叫滴滴速度一般，交通順暢（實質冇咩車來回新區）性價比一般（因為温泉、泳池、行政走廊冇開），衞生尚可！"

"The hotel is located at the top of the mountain, it's perfectly nice location. The service staff’s attitude is truly amazing and helpful especially the front desk who is very accommodating to our requests, restaurant staffs were very attentive and friendly, great food, not so expensive and the room is very clean, nice & tidy. There is also a park area in front of the hotel. This place is overlooking Zhangzhou and the other side is Xiamen. During the night time, we stayed at the terrace, drink some wine while staring at the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we’ve missed the sunset as it’s too late when we come back to the hotel. We also wake up very early and watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning at the back of the hotel. Also, there are free drinks available in the room and we got sweet soup and fresh fruits available after we come back from our tour. This is a good place to stay, far away from hustle and bustle of the city. It's 4 km to the famous Ten Miles Blue Mountain and it’s overlooking from the hotel. The hotel even sent us to this place by their service van and offered to pick us up back to the hotel which is well appreciated. After we check out, we thought it's easy to get a Didi but ended the hotel offered their service van again to bring us down the mountain to get Didi easily. It’s better to have your own car for your own convenience travelling around this area. We can’t say enough good things about moonlight resort and will surely give them two thumbs up for their amazing service, it was all so great stay! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended, we booked 2 rooms Elegant & Privilege Queen Room it's worth the trip. We hope to come back again next time."

"民宿很新，但沒有異味，三層共七個房間，每個房間都有好聽的名字，我們住的是“長長九九”，浴室長方形，使用也方便，排水系統沒問題。民宿位置離高鐵站起很近，走路走小路也就十分鐘。去到民宿剛好六點，老闆娘熱情地給我們介紹他們洪塘村的人過年習俗，並告訴我們第二天就有活動，於是我們馬上改了回程時間……周邊飯館少，但叫餐容易，所以總的説體驗感很好。"

MM20763****本來跟閨蜜約好要去泉州遛娃旅行的，剛好路過東山島看到這家民宿就順便住一晚過渡下，東山島沒怎麼玩不清楚，但是這家名宿很特別，住了都不想走。海景太美啦，在民宿就可以放空躺平一天，啥都不想幹，娃跟娃在一起玩很安全，管家小姐姐很有愛心，喜歡小朋友，給我女兒扎美美的頭髮，設施也很好跟別的地方不一樣，要不然趕行程下次過來多躺幾天。這裏適合帶娃過來放鬆一下，管家24h在線，不用操心行李搬運等問題，很輕快的兩天行程，娃一丟沙灘解放媽媽。

MMisafir KullanıcıExcellent service from the lady boss and the staff. From the time I contacted her, she sent me lots of information about getting to the guesthouse. More importantly, she followed up with me to ensure that I am on the right track to the guesthouse. This was very much appreciated as I had a flight delay and that messed up my original travel plan. The lady boss was very proactive in ensuring that I find my way to the guesthouse. The lady boss' daugther is very cute and adorable. She shared part of her orange with me and when I told her that I liked it, she went off and got one for me! Even wanted to help me with my luggage but a little difficult as she's only 8 years old.
The guesthouse is located on top of a small hill and lady boss will pick up guests at the bottom of the hill; actually, in my opinion, hardly needed as it's only 10 minutes or less walk up a gentle slope but she does the pickup as part of the service that they offer.
The room is very nice and clean. The toilet is western style and has a very nice touch - spot lights are installed on the toilet ceilings and when the nights are cold, you will really appreciate the warmth from these lights after coming out from your shower!
And finally, they will drive guests out to 2 of the best viewpoints for the Tianluokeng cluster at no additional charge.

The homestay is located in Taxia Village which is quieter and less commercialized in Tulou scenic areas that provide lots of privacy for the guests. The room and the building are located just next to the clear water stream. At night, I can even hear the stream of water flowing sounds. The villagers are very friendly to the tourists walking around. They are not pushy about selling any commercial products to tourists which is very contrast to the other commercializedTulou scenic areas. The owner/host is very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. This differentiates from the other hotel staying experience. I also got help on how to get around the Tulou scenic areas and where to get reasonable price restaurants from the host.
这是一个非常好的民宿。 这民宿地点是在塔下村。 塔下村是个地点比较安静， 不商业化的土楼景区。 对住客来说是很有私人空间。民宿就在河溪旁边，晚上睡觉时， 还可听见河溪的流水声。 早上在塔下村四处走走， 村民都对游客很友善， 没有对我有任何商业销售产品的压力。 民宿的老板很友善， 很肯帮助客人。这跟一般的其他酒店的住宿都很不一样。 老板也指点我如何去其他的土楼景点， 和去附近的价钱公道的餐馆用餐。

MMisafir KullanıcıThe accommodation provides spacious and clean rooms and is perfectly located in the Tulou scenic area at the southern part of Taxia village and very close to both the 田螺坑 土楼 and 河坑 土楼 as well as the 裕昌 building. All of them can be reached by car in just a few minutes.
I arrived at the Inn without a car myself and the owner not only helped me organize the visits but even offered to drive me to several nearby tulou. We had the chance to share several meals prepared by his wife, which were all excellent, and some very good tea from the region. The host is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor - we talked a lot after I arrived despite my very limited Chinese.
All in all, I can recommend this place very much - I would come back anytime if I decide to visit the area again.
(P.S. make sure to ask the host about the fireflies nearby - seeing them under the starry night is a mesmerizing experience and was one of the highlights of my trip to Fujian)

I brought my 16 months old girl to the retreat. They have specifically prepared her dinner based on my requirement and I must say that their food are really very delicious.
Highly recommend for this retreat! Will definitely come back to this place again when I am here again.

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

This homestay is located inside the Yunshuiyao scenic area, and so every guest needs to pay an entrance fee. The homestay can help to arrange a taxi to pick up from 南靖railway station to the homestay with a reasonable price.
If you like beautiful scenery, peaceful and relaxing environment, this is the right place as it’s away from the crowded village centre. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the village centre, ie the water wheel, old banyan tree, and souvenir shops, through a scenic route along the stream and under the shade of old trees. Trekking the cobblestone path gives you a good workout.
There’s a few tulou (earth buildings) within the scenic area but only 2 are open for public to visit. The others are private. Hegui lou is less than a minute’s walk from the homestay, passing by paddy fields, vegetable gardens and lotus field. You can literally see it from the homestay.
The homestay serves delicious local food. I had dinner twice and enjoyed tasting different dishes. Breakfast is simple and includes local produce, giving you a taste of village life. Also, the homestay serves tea from its own farm. I enjoyed tasting different tea.
Lastly, the staff 小凉is very friendly and good service.

MMisafir KullanıcıAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

Mr and Mrs Lin goes extra miles sent and picked us back to home Inn for visit at Tianluokeng (4 dishes One Soup) Tulou at night after dinner to watch night scene. Another extra service we also requested Ms Lin to cook dinner and breakfast for our group(we don't have any mean of transportation). The dishes served was very delicious and home cooked taste and the price we paid for both dinner and breakfast was very very reasonable. I would give five star rating for services.
There are some minor problems with the room. Water pressure was very weak. Since our visit is during low season, Mrs Lin have to handle almost all tasks from checked in to cooking.

The family running the guesthouse is very friendly, I enjoyed chatting with them over a shared home-cooked dinner. They served me home brewed glutinous rice wine too, which was lovely! I highly recommend staying overnight at Tianluokeng, as I got to enjoy sunset over the Tulou, cooler weather (a nice escape from the summer heat in the city), and a leisurely morning walking around and chatting with a few of the Tulou residents before leaving.
