"Rooms are tidy and clean.  The staffs at restaurants are very good especially the grill serving our table.  She is from Taiwan and her name pronounce  “Q”? She is very detail and caring, very nice and pleasant. We stayed 2 nights, the dinner and breakfast menu are different and both are delicious!"

"This hotel is conveniently located. It is a traditional Japanese hotel with a lot of facilities. It is very beautiful, particularly the garden which is big and serene. The hot spring having both indoor and outdoor pools is impressive. The dining experience is fantastic because the setting is cosy and the food is extremely delicious. The mattresses, neither too soft, nor too hard, are very comfortable."

"Hotel located on top of the hillside which offer fantastic view of lake Ashinoko with the Mount Fuji as backdrop . Travelers can either require hotel pick up when reached at Togenda station (ropeway)from Hakone-Yumoto station train by bus. I chosen the room with lake & Mount Fuji view for 3nights . Unfortunately, due the gloomy & cloudy sky and snowing day , view from my room wasn’t great ! Travels need to make reservation in advance & pay 2000yen for 1/2hour used of hotspring . I would like to thanks the front desk whom was really very helpful and always offered drop off & pickup services during my stayed . Bear in mind that , this hotel doesn’t has in house restaurant or cafe . Travelers can place your meals in advance with front desk OR ask to drop off to the nearest restaurant around there or take a walk about 20mins to the restaurants place."

"First, I was very happy to get such big Japanese-style room. It has 2 big rooms and much space. You can easily lie there if there are 8 of you. Hotel is kind of tired, but staff keeps it in a good condition. Dinner is a set menu, not kanseki. But it still was good. I was full and happy. Breakfast is a buffet. A bit about how to reach the hotel. There are shuttels from Hakone-Yumoto. It should cost 200 yen. They bring you to Okada hotel. But it's not your hotel. Stuff will give you a map and you need like 3 min to reach the right hotel. There are several onsens. Open and closed. All were good, warm. With good view on mountains. You can take yukata at the reception. And you need to make bed by yourself, but it's only cover mattress but sheet. Nothing difficult."

"The hotel overall is good, will recommend to my friends. Guestrooms: A bit old style, no USB port, had to bring travel adaptor (I am not sure that whether can borrow from hotel because I have brought the adapter) Public bath: It has indoor and open air pool, amenities are completely Breakfast : The breakfast at French restaurant ”Vert Bois” is delicious, it serves individually, not buffet style. Location : The walkway to attraction is uneven and doesn't have street light along the way, so it will be dangerous if you walk in rainy days or night, especially if you have kids. Services : The plus point is the shuttle bus, it can pick you up at Motohakone Port, after 19:30 still can contact them to arrange for pick up."

"Hotel room is enormous big but old. Great experience as it give you the feeling of staying in ancient Japanese houses. Tatami set up, huge tatami sitting dining table for you to eat and drink. Hotel offer happy hour from 3pm to 9pm. Variety of drinks and snacks for you to choose. Onsen is small but adequately equipped. It is really worthy to stay."

"A beautiful hotel sited beside a nice lake. Very good view and it has a nice public onsen. Service is good, food is good and nice big soft beds. The only bad thing is that it is very far from the major town. You have to drive out for food. Once you buy your snacks and drinks in advance, then it will be all good."

"Excellent location in Hakone - just opposite the train station and in the middle of Hakone town Rooms have been renovated and modernized Breakfast is fine but the food spread is average. Highly recommended"

"Очень понравился номер в японском стиле! С балкончика открывается прекрасный вид! В номере на 4 есть кухня. Свой санузел. На первом этаже прекрасный онсен с видом на деревья, за окном поют птицы. В женском ни вечером, ни утром не было никого - красота! Рёкан находится у самой станции фуникулёра - удобно. На утро можно заказать бесплатный трансфер до станции поезда. К сожалению, были минусы. Кое о чём мы знали заранее, но тем, кто собирается бронитровать, надо иметь в виду. Днём, в самое удобное время приезда из Токио, на ресепшн перерыв, так что гости оказываются перед закрытыми дверями отеля. Нам повезло: кто-то выходил из отеля, и мы зашли и оставили вещи просто в холле на первом этаже, а не тащились с ними в горку, чтобы оставить их в другом месте. Рядом с рёканом нет ни магазинов, ни ресторанов, а значит, нужно либо ехать на фуникулёре и торопливо возвращаться (он заканчивает ходить очень рано), либо идти по крутому склону пешком. В юкатах нельзя выходить из рёкана, чая и тарелок нет на кухне в номере, но выдают на ресепшн по запросу. Футоны нужно расстилать самим. Но самое неприятное, на лестнице между этажами лежал дохлый таракан. В целом, возможность испытать что-то очень японское, но такой заботой, как во многих других рёканах, тебя не окружат."

"Otel, Gora İstasyonu'na çok yakın, sadece 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Bölge düz, bu yüzden bagajları itmek kolay. Oda harikaydı! Ocak ve tabaklar vardı ve her şey özenle düzenlenmişti. Banyo tezgahı da genişti ve cilt bakımı ve makyaj için bolca alan vardı. Banyoda ayrıca istediğiniz zaman ıslanmak için mükemmel bir kaplıca küveti vardı. Banyo malzemelerinin tamamı bitkiseldi ve çok rahat hissettiriyordu. Otelin suyu ücretsizdi, bu yüzden susadığınızda içebiliyordunuz. Kahvaltı, Japon ve Batı yemeklerinin bir karışımıydı. Akşam yemeği ise üç ana yemekten oluşan yarı açık büfeydi: ördek, domuz güveci ve balık güveci. Açık büfenin geri kalanı geniş bir seçkiye sahipti ve ayrıca geniş bir alkol yelpazesi de vardı. Yakınlarda, cam eşyalarınızı kendiniz yapabileceğiniz bir alana sahip, güzelce bakımlı, peyzajlı bir park olan Gora Park bulunuyor. Fiyatlar Çin'dekinden çok daha uygun. Çocuklu aileler için harika bir yer. Eksileri: Demiryolu hattına yakın olduğu için geçen trenlerden hafif bir titreşim oluyor. Ayrıca biraz pahalı. İki yetişkin ve iki çocuk için kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği dahil iki gece için 9.000 NT$'ın üzerinde harcadık. Genel olarak, şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Hem hizmet hem de ortam, gerçek bir tatil hissi veriyor. Tamamen dinlendiriciydi."
